Positive: The Spanish customs returned my order because they say that the fragrances they sent me are prohibited products for importation into Spain (they were not gas sprays). It will be for the BREXIT. Shure returned my money without asking and did not charge me anything for postage. Negative: a little slow in sending, and they do not answer the emails that I sent them. I would buy again for the good prices and honesty.

Careful with the products that don't have the barcode in the description, you may end up buying a different model,not what is in the description. Also, careful with the pictures, some of the products have different pictures in the description and, again, you could buy something different than you wanted. They don't always reply to your emails. They have some pretty nice discounts and they dispatch the orders very fast.

I've placed online orders with Shure-Cosmetics 3 or 4 times now, and each time my good were shipped quickly and well packaged. The prices are brilliant, and the delivery was extremely fast. I've not had much reason to contact their customer service, but the one time I did, the response was quick and helpful. I would not hesitate to order from them again.

I am giving Shure cosmetics 3 stars. Zero stars for customer service and 5 stars for price and products, I was let down by them sending my delivery and charging me full price without even letting me know that they didn't have a certain fragrance in stock and another 2 fragrances was leaking, not due to packaging as I found the packaging perfect which leaves me to believe it was whomever put the bottles in, when I contacted them about the missing bottle they advised I need to leave them know if I want a substitute and I had to suggest I was down money before getting a refund, with the terrible customer service I didn't even bother explaining about the leaking bottles.

Good prices. Fast delivery. Timely refunds. But sold to Us an expired perfume. (Everyone noir) And the database is not regularly updated as they issue lots of regrets for items that are out of stock.
