The team is very welcoming, communicated up to my appointment. Ellie, my smile guide expert explained the whole scan /info procedure and answered my questions in detail. I was very impressed with the level of detail the scan shows and Ellie was very thorough in scanning my teeth to produce the 3D image. I am glad I came to smile direct club and looking forward to having a better smile and confidence back. Thank you Ellie and Smile Direct Team for an amazing experience! Thoroughly recommend it!

So glad I found this place I was about to spend £5,000 on invisilign on Harley street but the smile club offers basically the same service but more convenient and modern for about £1500 and all the follow up appointments are virtual. Jennifer, the dental nurse was super friendly and helpful and I’m looking forward to starting the journey!! Ps hopefully my teeth will look a lot better than in the photos once my treatment has finished 🤣

Went in for 30 minute 3D scan where the customer service was superb. The receptionist was welcoming and helpful as soon as I got in. Toni was so nice explaining how their operation works, scanning my teeth and being funny during our conversations. Overall, very easy experience that I would recommend even if you don’t end up going with their service after.

Overall the whole process was worth it. I did night time aligners, and having seen how badly they fit in the first day or two I’m not sure I’d have wanted to do the day time ones, it was such a faff when eating (at the end of the programme you have to do two weeks of day times ones anyway). It’s one of the most affordable options, though you won’t get the same impact as traditional orthodontics. The dental team on the phone are really helpful too. The customer service on the phone was also very good, (read American). However, and a big however, the whole thing was made pretty unenjoyable by the initial consultation. The hard sell was really bad - I was told I had to decide then and there which seemed mad. I then signed up to a loan on the understanding it wouldn’t be processed until I decided, which of course wasn’t true which was irritating as it shows up on your credit score. Overall the people running the consultations came across as being on commission and would say anything to get a signature out of you. After numerous mess ups and very stressful calls I was given discounts. Was it worth it? Just about, but it was a really unpleasant start.

The dental expert that followed me is Toni-Marie, she was great, polite and Very professional, she explained everything clearly from the beginning and guided me through explanations on how everything works. The whole process was simple, fast and convenient. It literally took 1 hour and a half from the moment I signed on the smile Direct Club website at my house to the end of the appointment.

Got my 3D scan and everything was so efficient. I wasn't waiting around. Yana - my smileguide, was really nice and walked me through everything. It probably took about 30 minutes from me walking in the door to me leaving and I left with all question answered. I got back the final result of what my teeth will look like the next day via email and they looked amazing! I've bought the aligners and now just waiting for them to arrive in the post. Very happy with my appointment with SDC at London - Aldgate. I was greeted and signed in by Sabrina who was very welcoming and friendly, she went through the company and how they work, got set up with a payment plan before my 3-D scan. Brigita did my 3-D scan and was also very friendly, she went through a few questions regarding the reasoning behind why I wanted to get my teeth aligned, the 3-D scan was very quick and easy compared to the impressions. Finally she showed me how to use the whitening pen that they give you as a gift before you leave. Very good experience and do recommend highly.

So I had my scanning done today and it was such a pleasant experience from beginning to end. Best part was she herself is going through the treatment and put on her aligners right in front of me and I could not tell at all that she's wearing them from appearance and speech, not at all! So, at first I have them send me a impressions kit, but we had some problems sending it back, therefore I decided to make a physical appointment at SmileDirectClub. All went even better than expected. No intrusive techniques, no long waiting. It was amazing how the staff treats clients, with a great smile and they explain everything crystal clear. I had a really easy and lovely experience at the St Katherine Docks SmileDirect shop. The team were lovely and welcoming, and clearly a lot of thought had been put in to preparing the storefront for customers to feel comfortable with Covid restrictions. My scan appointment was quick, easy and informative and I feel like I got all the information needed to make my decision. Plus the person who helped me, Diana, was lovely and fun - we had a great time!

Really straight forward procedure, in my first visit I did the 3D scan I ordered the kit that I need to wear for 5 months , I receive it on time no problem with that . The first set I had to wear was really hard and a really painful process , I was near to give up and to ask for a refund because I was thinking that the set was wrong and could feet into me teeth but after some time of trying eventually it was on the correct position but still painful for the first days and I couldn’t feel my front teeth for 1 week , every time I had to change set was a bit painful but not like the first one, the only issue for me was nobody tell me that maybe my gums gonna start bleeding and what to do , so my gums start to bleed after the third week but with a special toothpaste for bleeding gums and a soft toothbrush they recover , now I finished my treatment almost 2 months ago and I’m satisfied 95% the result was close to the video I receive in the beginning. The only thing that annoys me now is that I have to wear a set every night and take it off in the morning but I can see my teeth are moving a bit until I have to wear the night set again . So I recommend to go first to a dentist to have an opinion about braces I know how ugly the braces are that’s why I chose smile direct, but I think you need someone to assist on you in case of emergency and to be only via email or telephone.

I wish this service was available when I went through 2 rounds of braces. My partner decided he wanted to straighten his teeth. I remember seeing a lot of promotion in regards to Smile Direct Club and the price seemed very reasonable and they have a payment plan too. So far we have been in for a scan of his teeth (FOR FREE), done incredibly and diligently by Natasha G. She explained to us from the beginning to the end how the company works and we should expect from the service. He also got a free whiting kit and a really luscious lip balm. I’m 16, i finally managed to save up my own pocket money to purchase and fix my teeth as i was told by the NHS i cant fix my smile for free and my teeth always prevented me from smiling but over the lockdown period i got a part time job and i finally did it and this is how my experience at smile direct club went: Had a great time at smile direct the place was clean and very tidy and they also had procedures to ensure maximum safety and prevention from COVID-19. Appointment was approximately 30minutes which isn’t to bad i was reviewed by a member called Yana she was excellent loved the way she spoke in a kind manner with a smile across her face encouraging me to feel even more comfortable with my upcoming smile. Staff overall were amazing. However on the other hand it takes 4-5 Weeks for my aligners to arrive which is quite upsetting as i am really excited but have to wait a while to start my journey and i’m still waiting for my 3D scan Results to arrive which is a bit of a downer but hey nevertheless i’m finally fixing my smile for an affordable price of £1500 which is 60% cheaper than what braces are which is fantastic! Loved my experience can’t wait to see the end result.

I visited the Tower Bridge office today and was very pleased with how I was treated from the moment I stepped in. You often go to the dentist and they keep you waiting with no information at all, I was met by a lovely representative who’s name I forgot (sorry) she advised that they were running a few minutes behind schedule. After checking in, I then met Dina, who was my smile guide, she was knowledgeable, had all my info to hand, explained the process thoroughly and advised on next steps and what to expect! I had a really great first experience at smile direct club. I was late because of an emergency, but the staff was extremely understanding and accomodated my slightly late arrival. I have been assisted on the day by Diana, who was extremely friendly and helpful. I hope everybody who works in the industry would be more like her, that way maybe people would be less scared of braces, aligners and orthodontists. Just had my first (and last I believe) appointment here where I met Stacey (one of the Smile Direct guides). Stacey guided me through the process and I am impressed! She assured me about the credibility of the process and even gave me Very thorough instructions. At the end of the session, I was also given a free teeth whitening kit (which is also provided if you decide to take the product/service). What can you expect? - A brief introduction to the company, process, and results - A conversation about teeth goals - Overview of the pack you will receive - A picture or two of before shots - A through scan of your teeth (this is what they use to determine and build your retainers I believe) - A complimentary teeth whitening kit and instructions (if they still do it at the time of reading this) The session was around 30 minutes in total. I haven’t tried the product yet so no reviews on that, but the service I have received so far has been awesome!

Pretty easy to find although I do know the area somewhat. Arrived after 6 so had to call the number that was texted to me to meet at the reception. Was given a friendly welcome, offered a drink and asked to fill in some details and create an account, then after a short wait was seen by a lovely Smile Guide (I think that’s what they call them) called Cherise who asked some questions to get some background about my teeth and told me information about the service and what is included. Some photos were taken of my teeth, followed by a 3D scan of my teeth which was really cool to see happening. I was also given a free teeth whitening kit which is a bonus. I was already 90% sure I was going ahead with the treatment going in having read many reviews over the past year, just had some questions to ask before going forward. Overall a very easy and good experience, it didn’t feel salesy or pushy and I was there for about an hour although I think the 3D scans took a little longer than usual. Looking forward to starting my treatment with aligners when they arrive!

I visited 3 weeks ago. Zuzana and the team were lovely, their service is 5 stars for me. However, the way the dental team communicates via email to the client through the Smile Experts has room for improvement. My Smile plan was created within 3 days of my visit, but I requested some modifications to the plan, which ultimately they said could not be done with clear aligners. This altogether took almost 3 weeks to relay to me (because I asked one question, had to wait a week for a reply, then asked another, and waited another week). I had Smile Experts saying "I'll call you later today" but not calling, and messages from one Smile Expert saying "didn't another Smile Expert email you yesterday?" Basically the back-and-forth communication with the dental team is somewhat laggy. Nevertheless I have finally ordered the aligners, and am hoping for good results. If you're looking to straighten your teeth, there's no harm going in for a free consultation, as you are not charged until you are happy to proceed with the plan, and make the order yourself.
