c. g.I was shopping with my mom and sister earlier today and I was going to buy a drunk elephant face mask, but the lady at the register said that it was going to be too strong for my skin since I’m pretty young. So, she gave me 3 free face mask samples which was so kind of her. P.S. if the lady sees this, I was having a kind of bad day and thank you for being so nice to me and turning my day around!! ♥️
G. R.Just went to the shop on Marylebone, I was looking for products for a facial routine, I have used Neal's yard for some times but they don't last long, my last visit last me around 2 months .... I have been served by this really nice young woman call Eva, I explained to her that I don't want to spend too much money and I want something who last for at least 6 months, she recommended products that she actually use herself and also we have the same type of skin, she totally understand what I wanted !!! Plus I needed a lipstick and she made me try few of them and gave me a really genuine opinion which it helps !!! My bill was spot on my budget !!!! Eva is really good at her job, she's sweet and very helpful ! Thank you Eva, I hope I will see you my next visit !!!! G.

s. m.Lovely little store, I love space.NK and always spend a small fortune on my visits 🙊 Staff are knowledgeable but wish they knew more about whether a brand is cruelty free or not as this is a deal breaker for me and had to google myself to find answers.
