We were walking towards Uniqlo and saw Space NK in Spitalfields on the way and had a good feeling about it because it looked like it has the skincare and makeup brands we use. We are from Australia and very new to London so we aren’t aware of the stores yet. We went in out of curiosity and just really wanted to have a look and see if we like anything in the store. While we were browsing, the store manager Gavin approached us and asked if we need help and we told him we’re looking for eye creams. We just suddenly realised we do need a new eye cream when he asked, we wouldn’t have remembered! He started by asking if we have used eyecreams before and what brand and what exact eyecream. We told him we use the La Mer one in the green tub, and he knows exactly what is it. He directed us to ReVive and thought it would be the best for us because we have been using eye creams a lot. He did show three other options and all were amazing but we ended up chosing ReVive because that’s the one that felt the best! He explained we can return and/or exchange if we find along the way that it’s not right for us and that is comforting to know specially when trying a new brand. We signed up for the points system (or tier system) and he even gave us cute little welcome gifts! Totally made my day yesterday because we have only been in London for a bit over a month and this is the best customer service we’ve experienced so far in London (that isn’t a restaurant)! Gavin is such a wonderful individual and we need people like him specially during these hard times. Keep it up!

I was blown away by the service I received from Tunde on a rainy afternoon! (I hope I got your name right!) As a total makeup newbie, needing to source products for my upcoming wedding, Tunde took the time to colour match my foundation while giving out excellent advice and recommendations for what would be most suitable and reliable for the day. She also took the time to trial 2 eye looks and gave me tips on how to apply. All while fully ppe protected! There was never any pressure to purchase or hard sale tactics, they were genuinely trying to help me figure out what kind of look I was aiming for. My friend and I were there for over an hour and they never seemed annoyed at me for asking even the silliest questions. She suggested I regularly step outside the shop to see the makeup in natural light which was super helpful! It was unfortunate that as I was flying home the next day that I couldn't return to purchase the items we tested, but I'll be returning soon!! Thank you for such a genuine welcome to the store, the friendly advice and personalised service. It is so important to create a good first impression with potential customers and you've gained loyalty with this one! I know where I'll be coming in future for all my future make up needs!

I'm sorry I didn't get my servers name, but I think he was the manager. He was more than helpful and patient until I found the perfect match on my foundation. He even recommended one of his favourite fragrances and I ended up buying it. Much appreciated!

Charlotte from the Cheapside branch helping out at this branch today was just amazing with me. I’ve come into this branch a few times and always felt like I was taking up the staff members time but Charlotte was so patient and did my entire face up as I was desperate for a new make up range. I was fortunate to have a great experience. The lady helping me was absolutely fantastic, thoroughly explained all the products aswell as giving me some advice around my daily beauty regime and facial massages. I was then given a cleans, facial massage and tried a few of the products. I’ve definitely felt a difference in my skin. Unfortunately I can’t remember the name of the woman who helped me, but she was blonde and in her 40s! I hope she’s recognised!

I love Space NK for the wonderful service and this branch is no different. I brought my mum to get advice on anti-ageing skincare and the lovely skincare expert gave us great and honest advice plus some samples to try out. Will definitely be back!

In the spitalfields space nk I could not have been more satisfied with the experience. All of my favourite brands in one place. With the best service I’ve experienced in any space nk store. My skin has never looked better. Love that staff. Will be spending my money here again.
