The products are not that natural.
The staff is good, the respect space and good quality customer service. But too much plastic in the packaging.
D. B.I did a walk-in this morning and I was welcomed by Monica who kindly helped me browsing through the shop to find I what I was looking for ! The shop has a good range of products and the staff is lovely and what a good sense of humour I had such a lovely time!

C'était la première fois que j'allais à un The Body Shop à Londres et je n'ai pas été déçue : on y trouve les mêmes produits qu'à Paris ! Les produits sentent bon même si certains ont une odeur un peu moins naturelle que les produits Yves Rocher par exemple. Mais The Body Shop offre tout de même une large gamme de produits avec de nombreux parfums, et les vendeuses sont toujours là pour nous conseiller ou répondre à nos questions.
