I’m a regular customer at this shop , the staff are really lovely and very helpful and very welcoming. I’ve given 4 stars only because I can’t purchase Chanel perfume here , they don’t stock it unfortunately something quite snobby with Chanel apparently not wanting their products sold in Dalston, Hackney . There’s an option to order it to the shop but that takes away the perfume experience of looking and smelling what you want to buy . Also one of the lady managers doesn’t like to give out samples always stating there is none , quite untrue has I’ve seen her pick and choose who she gives them too . Overall a good customer service by the usual young ladies at this shop I usually buy more than I originally went in there for .
