Went to Urban Decay with my son today, interesting range of clobber. They were offering up to 40% discount in their sale. Next to the changing rooms there are a couple of sofas for 2 or 3 waiting customers to sit on but leaves very little room for anybody else. This store is obviously aimed at the younger generation, hip hop or rap music loudly playing in the background and generally the styles of clothing that they sell but I was pleasantly surprised and in certain cases quite amused to see people much older than me (and I'm past 50) trying on and buying stuff for themselves. I must admit, there were a few items that I would ware myself.

Very small shop but that can't be helped. My friend wanted some new foundation. A lovely lady helped her find the right shade. My other friend needed some foundation too. The one she wanted wasn't in stock but the lady gave her a sample that would last a week or more which was nice. All staff were friendly and helpful

A super friendly and laid back atmosphere. Sam is a brilliant make up artist - who listens to you and works his magic. Great customer service - you are treated as an individual.

I called to find out about their make up lesson and makeover services and the staff were so helpful and informative, unlike other places where they sound rushed and as if they're too busy to talk to you. Very good customer services.

Visited Urban Decay today, was really made to feel welcome and i'm a complete newbie and so Kyle the tall dark haired employee,made me feel less embarressed and helped me the best he could by trying out products on me he explained what was in them as well and answered all of my questions perfectly while making me feel like a princess, I asked if he could write down the products and costings of everything he used and he was happy to help by also adding up the total, he was very kind and talkative which was great! I really loved it will definetly be returning again very soon.

Just went by the store today and found that it has now closed. Such a shame as this was my go to urban decay store and the team were absolutely amazing. I’ve been to many other urban decay stores I.e carnaby street and have not had the same experience. Will miss the team very much. Wish them all the best!

Lovely friendly staff helped me find a nice shade of foundation. Also as a plus very dog friendly- Haru enjoyed her time being fussed over!!
