I was in lush Maidstone today and I was very confused about what perfume to get I was trying to choose between Guardians of the Forrest and Lord of Misrule and the absolutely lovely staff member who helped me and made it so much easier for me to decide as someone who struggles in shops she just made my shopping experience so easy for me and I really appreciated how kind and how helpful she was and she really made my day

Visited the store today to get some bath bombs as a treat for getting a new job, and was given a freebie by a lovely member of staff. Thank you for making my day extra special! Will definitely be back.

The staff at this store are always so lovely! Happy to have a chat and good at recommendations. I always manage to get free samples or something thrown in which always is appreciated. They always have a good selection of products as well

Great shop. I love it. Always smells fab before you even get in the door. Wide array of cruelty free cosmetics, bath treats etc. Can be a bit pricey but worth paying out for and treating yourself or someone else. Awesome gift boxes available at Christmas. The shop itself is quite small so it can get crowded fairly quickly. Staff are always helpful and friendly though. One of my favourite places in Maidstone.

Great atmosphere! Walk in and are greeted with a smile etc ☺️ every product that is sold is checked and made sure that its suitable to sell. Staff will politely ask if you need help and will follow through with great advice for the right product, I also love that the products are made from natural ingredients and that they are against animal testing!

Great experience in store with fleur really lovely genuine service. Went in store to get a birthday gift and fleur could not of been more helpful was very knowledgeable especially when It came to allergies. Everytime I've been into this shop, I've always been happy to see what's new in stock. The staff are always very friendly, and accommodating. Definitely somewhere to consider if you are looking for gifts for yourself, as well as others.

I love walking past this shop. You can smell the soaps from the street. Officially the location that started my Lush addiction. <3

Can be overpowering and heady. However lots of choice and my daughters love the products. Very tempted to try the bar shampoo and conditioner as becomming more economical aware.

Wheelchair accessible, though it can be tough maneuvering when it is very busy. Staff are very knowledgeable and helpful. They are so friendly and will go out of their way to help you if they can.
