This is not my scene at all and I felt that my partner was in here for far too long. However, my partner is made up with the sevice and the experience and the staff were polite. Also any chain that does not use animals for testing their products can only be good. Because of all of this, the Maidstone branch of The Body Shop gets a five star rating instead of the three many others would get due to the excellent customer service standards of its staff.

Really knowledgeable staff, popped in for a lip balm, working outside 24/7 I needed something up to the task, the hemp lip lipbalm recommended to me has been absolutely spot on!

You gotta love this company they are top rate. The only downside side is the staff are taught the hard sell just tell them what you want and stick too it. Other that that they know there stuff. Luckily for me I'm aware of what I want I shop with empathy but precision. Just remember a good deal normally makes you pay more than you wanted at that time. The staff here are helpful and will assist or let you get on with it just say your OK and they will steer clear...... This branch is relatively big and is well stocked so it's a five star for me here. Well done guys..........

I popped in today on my lunch break today and was served by Melanie who was absolutely brilliant! She took the time to explain all the different products and what they contain/how they work and analysed my skin so I could choose the right products for me which I really appreciated. She was also incredibly kind when I told her about the issues I have been having with my skin and how much they have been bothering me. I spent a little more than I was planning on (isn’t that just always the way) but it’s worth it! I’ll definitely be back for more when I need to top up. Thank you for your help and advice today Melanie, it meant a lot more than you perhaps realise! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Staff are very friendly and willing to always help out, got great variety of different smells and products to suit everyone! One staff in particular is always very bubbly and sweet when I visit, she always has great conversation with me about things!

Just bought a small gift for a teenager. Staff pushing offers which are very limited to certain items. Wouldn't use it for myself

Large slow moving queue (sat 9th of feb) at one point there was only one person serving. They had also ran out of the promotional gift that I had stood in the queue for.Very disappointing . Apart from from the shop holds a large stock of wonderful products.
