A.Went in with my daughter who has terrible anxiety she wanted to smell the new Ariana perfume, the girl in the shop was absolutely amazing, she wasn’t pushy at all she let my daughter talk and gave her all the time she needed, It’s been a long time since I see my daughter interacting with someone on that level, we didn’t end up buying as she is really Indecisive however when we left the shop she said I am definitely shopping in there I like it, I usually have to do all of the talking for my daughter but not in there.. thank you for making my heart burst with happiness
B.I like the frangrance shop as a whole & they always have great offers on in store and online. I am an online shopper, I prefer to browse the web. Whenever I purchase my perfume I reserve it at this store as I work nearby & every time I collect it the lady always tells me off for buying online. She says I should have come into the store & to make sure I do it next time. I know she has done this to my partner too. I'm fed up of explaining myself that I now no longer purchase from this store & have resorted to using other competitive stores. It's just put me off completely. I'm happy to have a chat when I collect my items but I just feel she's rude. The range of perfumes is great & prices are good I just would prefer not to be hassled for my preferred method of buying.
