Great experience from the start to the finish. Pamela made us feel extremely welcome. We were invited to sit down and we discussed our fragrance needs/preferences with them. The consultation felt so personal, and as a fragrance enthusiast, it was so refreshing to meet somebody as knowledgeable about fragrance, ingredients and Jo Malone as Pamela was. We were guided through different perfumes and products that would match for the shower/home. My friend ended up purchasing the Mimosa and Cardamom perfume as they fell in love with it, but there was no hard sell/pressure at all. It was all beautifully gift wrapped by Angela. Fantastic experience and has made a lasting impression.

Had an amazing experience and would like to thank Pamela for brilliant customer service. She was very friendly and knowledgeable on the products and gave some recommendations. We were talking about the products for a good 30 minutes but didn’t feel like it dragged on and was like talking to a friend. I bought a bottle of the mimosa and cardamom perfume and love it. Me and my friend were left hugely satisfied with the service and will be back.

Amazing service from James when visiting the Trafford Centre. He helped me choose my wedding fragrance giving me 5* treatment. Highly recommend and the personalised boxes are an extra special touch, can’t wait to come back.

Love shopping in Jo Malone. Staff treat you lovely and make you feel special, knowing me by name. I also receive handwritten letters thanking me for shopping with them, which is a nice touch to the service. And occasionally receive free Jo Malone gifts through the post of I’ve had a good year with them. I’ve had 5 full sized perfumes so far. 5* for me 🥰

Absolutely exceptional service in the Jo Malone boutique in Trafford centre. The staff are really friendly and knowledgable. I told them what I liked and they matched me to ideal products! The products are a bit pricey but totally worth it. Ask about the complimentary hand and arm massage if you're buying something.
