A. S.I was this morning’s lucky first customer. I had only popped in for something small to cheer me up (was feeling pretty grumpy!). The staff were so friendly and generous - I was almost lost for words. So, having mulled it over for a couple of hours, I just wanted to give a warm thank you (this review seemed the best way to do it!). It’ll be a great Christmas thanks to you guys!
M. M.I had a great shopping experience at Lush Market St, picked up a click and collect order and an extra bath bomb and found that Lali (?) who packed my order had kindly included some samples based on my choices and a lovely note. Will definitely return based on this experience.

I've never had anyone who gives out that much customer service, his knowledge on the skin products was mesmerising to hear. I ended up getting Orange scrub for my skin
We really got on, so much that he gifted Beauty Sleep to me, as he knew my money was tight.

I was made to feel very welcome by her especially since I am not very clued in with the products at Lush l.
If you are stopping into the lush store on market Street I cannot recommend this lady enough. An amazing help and credit to her team.

They do the most wonderful bath bombs, hand creams, fragrances, soaps etc and they have a wonderful selection of gift packs for that extra special present. And it's all completely devoid of any animal cruelty for your more conscientious shopper. What's not to like?

S. H.Going naked, in the plastics sense, is made easier by this boundary busting little shop. Particularly fond of the conditioner bars in a range of beautiful scents. I've always loved Lush's products but this gem has made sure neither I nor those I buy gifts for need miss out.

B.I was in lush today and wanted a brand new routine for my spots as I'm really prone to acne, one of the workers names Lou was absolutley amazing she tried samples with me and told me how the can help my skin. She was easy to talk to and usually I'm really awkward when it comes to shopping and talking about my skin. Honestly made my day and really helped me out. Will be going back again. All the staff their are so friendly and genuinely want to help, I've Never met such genuine staff.

l.Go here once a week for bath bomb for my daughter and they are always great but today I was feeling down after weighing myself and nipped in there on my way home, twice I was complimented on my dress and conversation was lovely. I left not feeling as down as I was when I walked in. Thanks ladies :)
J. C.The ladies there were super helpful with my long list of questions. I picked up a couple items that are only found in Europe (cork shampoo bar holder) and by this type of LUSH store (moisturizing shampoo bar).
D. L.All products are made by hand and Manchester is the first store to test no packaging use at all, so that the products shine and save on the environment.

L. D.Normally lush makes my anti social side itch. But one "I'm just looking" and the staff let me be. Yay! There was a smaller range of the bath bombs than I'm used to but the store made up for it with a spectacular range of facial products, skin care range, gorgeous make up and a whole array of scents. Managed to spend about twice as much as I planned to but that's quite normal for me in lush! ! ! Checkout was simple and easy with minimal chit chat although all the staff were lovely. As always I managed to find the store by smell (and a little help from Google!)

They run unique ranges in here, and be aware that they don't offer the full ranges that they do in other branches (however there is a 'normal' branch a short walk away in the Arndale Centre). Staff are friendly and chatty just like every other Lush.

E. F.This is a tiny Lush and it shows during seasonal trade, becoming quite tricky to navigate. Stick to the Trafford Center or Arndale stores if you need a bit more browsing space. Other than this, the team here are very friendly and they've crammed as much great Lush product into this space as they can, so you ought to be able to find whatever you're after.
