I had help today finding items for my mum with the help of Jack. He tried his very best to help me and had a really nice attitude when doing so. Melissa was also lovely when I was checking out. Actually with that being said every time I have visited lush all the staff there always have a positive attitude which is why I love shopping there.

I absolutely had to leave a review here for a specific member of staff in your store, Pluto is such a lovely genuine soul and made my entire week with a simple act of kindness. So I suffer really really badly with mental illness issues and have trouble getting out the house or doing anything but today I decided I would get a bus(first time on a bus in 3 years 😩) to Manchester with my friend and go to Taco Bell and then to lush for a bath bomb, I was looking at bath bombs when Pluto approached me and complimented one of my tattoos then got chatting to me with ease which is something I’m not very good at but I felt comfortable with them, they helped me pick what I wanted and off I went to the till, while waiting in line Pluto went to the counter and came back with a sticker for my purchase and attached to my bathbomb was a “pay it forward” card which meant it had been paid for and they said I deserved a treat. It might seem like the tiniest thing to most people but I have been having the worst time, I can’t even explain how bad I’ve been feeling and to have someone be so kind on one of my first trips out in a long time just meant the world to me! Thank you so much Pluto, you’re deffo a planet and don’t let anyone tell you otherwise! x

Everytime I go into this Lush I always receive such excellent customer service. I went in a few weeks ago to buy my friend a present and one of the workers were so helpful and recommended some products for curly hair. I took some samples and returned today to buy the full size products. I was served by a lovely assistant called Jed and he was so helpful, asking about my hair type and skin type to recommend the correct products and also taking the time to explain and try the products on me. He was very informative and it was just refreshing to have an assistant give that time to a customer from the moment I entered the shop up until payment rather than just selling things for the sake or not even bothering to approach me. Extremely satisfied with the service today thank you Jed for the amazing service. ☺️

I always have a pleasant experience in this store. They are always happy and attentive and ready to help. A few times I’ve been in and just wanted to browse on my own which they are very happy to let you get on with. Recently though I’ve been letting store assistants show me around. I visited today (1st April) and was helpfully shown around by Devon who was full of enthusiasm despite trying to fight a lost voice. She has great product knowledge and really helped me choose wisely. I was so relaxed I ended up spending twice as much as I intended to. Devon was so friendly she passed me over some samples of shower jelly to compliment the shower gels I had chosen. I can’t wait to try them out. Please pass on my thanks and treat her well. It’s people like this who turn a dull day into a sparkly one!

Lovely trip to Lush with some brilliant staff who really went above and beyond! When we went in we were greeted by Dani who asked us what we were looking for and took us to some products to show us how they worked. She took so much time and energy to chat to us and get to know us and pick out things based on what we spoke about. Another colleague also came and spoke to us (sorry we didn't get a name!) but they were so lovely too and showed us some products they had themselves which we were also interested in. They were also super friendly and took their time to chat to us and show us the products. Dani also let us test some of these products to see how we liked them on ourselves. She made us feel very comfortable and we had such an enjoyable time as she was so bubbly and friendly! We then bought some of the products she recommended where we were served by Matt who was also so lovely. The two of them really wanted us to enjoy the products we had been shown and really went out of their way to make sure we had everything we needed. Thank you for brightening up our day!

I come regularly to lush arndale for all my hair and skincare, and shower supplies after I was recommended to come here by my partner. Now I also recommend it because each time I go, the atmosphere is so friendly, the staff always knew exactly what I was looking for and made me feel so welcome. I also really appreciate the inclusion of pronoun badges for employees. Although it's a shop, this really makes it feel like a safe space. Today I spoke to Pluto about advice on products to use when caring for coloured hair and he recommended the big conditioner bar and the rehab shampoo. I'm really looking forward to using them! Pluto also took me and my partner on a little tour around the shop, telling us some of the stories behind the perfumes and they were all really interesting. It was a really nice start to our valentines day and I'll of course be coming back. Also Pluto has really cool hair and jewellery. Thank you all!

Ella, your amazing staff member not only helped me pack my products but helped hold them for me in the queue as she could see I was struggling. We had the most AMAZING experience in the Lush Arndale store today! We were served by the incredible Dani who provided the most excellent customer service to us. We came in for a £5 bath bomb for a gift and ended up leaving the shop with lots of treats for myself as well as gifts for other people. Dani made us feel extra special and made our experience in Lush fantastic. Her product knowledge was super and massively helped my Mum who suffers from a condition that Dani has recommended products for which will hopefully help! Had a really good experience! All staff were super helpful and friendly. We were first greeted by (sorry in advance if I get names wrong) Vez who asked us what we were looking for and had luckily just had speciality training on shampoo bars. Vez tested a few products on mine and my friends arms. He also got us each a free sample of different body scrubs (rub rub rub and magic crystals) which was super sweet of them (they had mid length blonde hair). Jed was also very helpful and friendly and was recommending lots of good products (dude with wringlets). I'm not sure of her name but the girl with ginger hair was also really nice and supportive of her colleges recommendations. While waiting for the samples we spoke to a girl with cool short red hair, and she was seeing if we needed any assistance and we had a nice chat. I was served by Matt who actually made these reviews stickers which is very impressive and he was very sweet. All in all a great experience, with all the staff eager to assist and help without making you feel pressured into buying products. Would highly recommend this store. Vez and Jed were especially helpful and friendly! (wish they brought back this store in Southend high street!) ☺️ My only wish is that the products were a bit cheaper, but as people are slowly becoming more environmentally conscious when shopping I'm hoping these more eco friendly products and sellers will become more mainstream and they'll be able to lower their costs so I can shop their more often 🤞

They helped me to figure out what I wanted, did demos of products, and were overall very lovely and chatty. Very importantly they made me feel comfortable and respected my pronouns (they/them). I encourage your staff to introduce themselves using their pronouns, as it helps make people feel comfortable in disclosing their own pronouns. I don’t even know where to start… My review is especially for Molly. I came to lush today for the first time and was overwhelmed by how many products there were. I can’t even begin to tell you how confused I was. Molly came straight over and asked if myself and my cousin needed help. My cousin had a few things and she brought a basket over and carried it for us. She showed me around the entire store and explained everything to me. She was so bloody friendly. I have never ever EVER been to a shop and had the customer service experience she gave me today. She made me feel so welcome from the second she came over. She insisted on carrying our basket bless her. She helped me find some amazing products. She made my first visit to lush an unforgettable one. She has the most genuine aura and made me laugh so much. I had a amazing trip at Lush with some brilliant Members of staff who really went above and beyond! When I arrived at the Manchester store I was greeted by Amy. May I add she had the most positive and upbeat energy! She helped me pick a gift box for my friends birthday. Amy took her time and energy to show me what each item was, which I thought was so thoughtful and kind. When arriving to the checkout I was greeted by Jed who immediately made me feel welcome with his smile. Jed also helped me find a spray which I feel in love with. Great experience, Pluto was so attentive and spent a good chunk of time putting together a hair care routine with me. I was able to test all the products before buying them which is always great. I also love how during this consultation Pluto brought out lots of items but did not put any pressure on me to buy them all, rather helped me pick out the core items and gave me testers of the others, so that I can come back and get them later. Overall 10/10 experience. Always grab Pluto with the fab tats if they're available!

Excellent customer service! A girl called Ikram helped me look for things that were good for my skin type! She gave me free samples to try and was lovely to speak to, you could tell she genuinely cared. Just wanted to pop in for some bubble bars, but then Pluto gave me excellent advice from skin care to little tips and tricks to get the most out of the amazing lush products. When I'm feeling run down I love taking a trip to lush, staff are always so lovely and give you a little boost through their care and pampering. Pluto was especially lovely and really helped me find lots of new products that were perfect for me. They were brilliant!

I am visiting Manchester for a congress this week, so imagine my delight when I reached my hotel and it has a bathtub! I immediately googled the nearest Lush, saw that it was open until 8pm, and headed straight there!! The lovely Fay helped me choose a bath bomb - we settled on Flamingo Egg which smells AMAZING and made my bath so purple and sparkly. I also got a Unicorn Horn bubble bar which we agree is a classic. Fay made sure I had everything I needed, as well as a good sniff of the body sprays and a squish of a shower jelly! Honestly such a pleasure to visit. Thank you Fay!!

Lovely visit to Lush yesterday on my self care afternoon. I needed shampoo and conditioner for my curly hair. Fay was super helpful recommending and demonstrating the right products to get my curls looking lovely (and I smell like a bouquet too!). 100% recommend the LOC method, and I love using the hair mask, shampoo and conditioner last night too. There was no hard sell, and when I hit my spend ceiling on the hair care, I got a couple of free samples of the body products Fay demonstrated. She even gifted me an exfoliating soap bar! I’ll probably buy the body care products next month. Overall lovely experience unwinding surrounded by lovely smells and friendly knowledgable staff. Not just a shop!

After a short time browsing, Ifra, one of your staff members approached us and immediately made us feel welcome. She was warm, friendly, and kind, and made me feel valued as a potential customer. From spotting the aubergine bath bomb as the perfect gift for someone when I walked in, Pluto proceeded to help me build a birthday gift box with lots of products that he recommended, including (but definitely not limited to) the peach bath bomb and the carrot legs thing 😂 It was great to be able to interact with products and smell loads of stuff, as well as recieve help from other staff members to help Pluto try and identify a product from about a decade ago My favourite lush shop!

Pluto was so accommodating and willing to help me with all my enquiries around other products, even giving time to personally show me their favourites. Really lovely person, not just because of their assistance, but also in general. You can tell Pluto is a warm personality. Ella - Ella served me on the till after Pluto and she too was friendly and welcoming. Again, letting me peck her head with questions and nothing was too much. I went to the store with a friend today, she was looking for a face mask. Upon arrival we were greeted by the nicest team and one member of staff began to ask my friend about her day. She was extremely helpful and so funny, her personality was great and she seemed like a great addition to the team, she was wearing a hijab. I’ve been coming to the store for years and the workers get better every time. We received all the help we needed, even at tills I was surrounded by amazing people, I was served by a girl with red hair and also helped by a young woman with black hair who were both suggesting wonderful items for me to use!

My daughter celebrated her 10th birthday at a Lush party with five of her friends. The room at the back of the Arndale store is perfect for such events and meant we could see what was happening in the store, but were in a special section on our own. The party goers were looked after amazingly well by Jed and kept entertained for 90 minutes with games, bathbomb making and ingredients searches. Jed pitched the party at the perfect level for them and they responded so well and enjoyed themselves so much. The party bags they and the party girl came home with were fantastic too. All the staff throughout the store were very accommodating and kind, and only too happy to help and advise.

Went in to get the henna hair dye and was helped by Michelle! She was so so lovely. We went through hair care and skin care. I got some samples and tried some on my skin. I am also allergic to almonds so she was so careful with all the products. She also gave me a sample of the henna hair dye to test. I went in later just to pop in and get the lobster bubble bar! The woman kind of attacked as soon as I went through the door. Told her what I wanted and she bombarded me with loads of other products that I just didn't want. Overall, michelle was brilliant and I had such a good time. The staff at large were brilliant just one that freaked me out a little and was a bit forceful.

I visited Lush last week on Monday and I was overwhelmed with the customer service I received from a team member. I only went into the store to purchase the Sea Salt shampoo and left with other numerous products. The lady that served myself and my sister was called Fay. She is exceptional the way she presents herself. She approached us and asked if we were okay. She recommended other shampoos which I must say are phenomenal. The way Fay explained the products was excellent she really knew her products and what would suit specific hair types. I felt really comfortable speaking to her as she was friendly and approachable. Then we went on to discuss skin care. I am very insecure about my skin as I have texture and have had acne when I was younger. She did not judge me and recommended products for me. She sat both my sister and myself down and offerred a 1:1 session where she discussed what skin type I had and what kind of routine I was looking for. She explained each product in detail and told me the active ingredients within them and what it would help. She demonstrated the products on my hand and gave me a routine I can follow. I was really happy with how I was treated and how the rest of the team members all work collaboratively. Fay had a collegaue who was a gentleman and he was refreshing the water as and when it was needed and made the experience really enjoyable. I definitely recommend visiting this store. Without a doubt you will be feeling confident with the products purchased. Thank you once again Fay! You will definitely see me again soon.

I've been a Lush fan for a long time, so I'm relatively familiar with the range, but I'm always shown something new by a wonderful member of staff, and this day was no exception. B was such a knowledgeable and attentive guide – especially as it had been a while since I'd been into the store. They keenly noted that I hadn't seen the new shapes of bath bombs, which started a whirlwind tour of everything that had changed in the store since this revelation 😂 B was quick to tailor my experience to whatever I appeared to interested in, and deftly showed me associated products that complimented each other perfectly. No request was too grand, and although I probably spent more than I'd planned, I think we both agreed that they were worth it as I deserved to treat myself 😉 When I went to pay Romaysa was just as lovely and chatty – being as engaged and sincere as B, and helping me feel reassured that my purchases were wise ones. I visited this store on 12.02.2022, my anxiety was through the roof and I was in quiet a lot of pain due to fibromyalgia. Dani appoached me and friend, to see if we needed any assistance and her bubbly personality set us straight at ease. After talking for a little bit she showed me some products that can help with pain (mostly cbd products) and other products that work well with them,showing me how they all feel on the skin etc. I set my limit at buying 4 out of the 5 main products she showed me (budgets only stretch so far) but she wanted me to have the other product as well so she brought it for me!!! Her personality is infectious and you can't help but smile when talking to her, she really made a not very good day, a million times better. Plus I used my new products tonight and omg!!! Today I was specifically shopping at Morphe in Manchester, However my partner took my children to Lush to pass some time on. After finishing my shopping I went into Lush to find them, I could hear them giggling splashing in the water. I was greeted by a lovely lady named Bee (we smiled as this is also my daughter's name) she was showing my children bath bombs, bubbles and all of the multicolours. I mentioned that my children have Eczema, Bee then proceeded to show me some specific bath bombs that would be suitable for their skin. All the while she was still talking to my children and helping them pick out different ones. We decided on 3 different bath bombs. As I attended the till to pay, Bee came over and the gentleman behind the till stuck on stickers and both Bee and the gentleman said all of these are free on us. I honestly felt like crying, it's very rare you get genuine customer service and find colleagues that genuinely love their job, but to go above and beyond the way they did was just exceptional. I still have a smile on my face now, they literally made my children's day. We were also told about children's parties and given a leaflet with all of the information. We will most definitely be looking into this for my son's birthday. Thankyou for being so amazing. I'd give 10 stars if I could!

When visiting the arndale this is always our first stop, my children love it here! All i have to ask is "whats that smell?" And they know immediately where we are "its lush!". The store is a good size with an awesome range of products, we particularly love the bath bombs, i recommend intergalactic, it smells amazing and the bath looks awesome! There is a lot of staff in this store who are super friendly and always very eager to help (as someone with anxiety, this is a bit too much) but they are great with kids and let them demo some bath products. Whilst in-store on Saturday my daughter even had the chance to make her own bubble bar at the exact same price as the pre made ones, which she was super pleased with. We found out they did parties, so that's next years birthdays sorted! Best of all, products are cruelty free and lots are plastic free!

I visited LUSH with my sister today, and we both had the pleasure of receiving phenomenal customer service from James. He is incredibly knowledgeable about all the products sold here, and he was able to help me find skincare items that catered to my specific issues. Prior to this visit, I was completely unaware that LUSH had an afro-textured haircare range; my sister and I are mixed-race and these products caught our interest. He was able to explain the benefits of each product for different hair porosities, scalp care and much more. I also noted that when he first greeted me, he was courteous enough to ask whether I wanted him to wear a mask whilst he served me. I have yet to see employees in other shops do this, it was an extremely polite gesture as I still wear a mask, but do not particularly mind whether others wear one around me. Thank you for the exceptional experience in-store :)!

Dani gave us such a warm welcome and introduced me to some of the new products that I hadn't tried yet, like the Cucumber eye pads and cleansers, etc. She was so bubbly and enthusiastic and I felt like I was reliving the first time I ever visited Lush a few years ago! Oh my gosh! My girlfriend and I went to Lush in the Arndale today and a lovely lady Eve (i hope im spelling that right) was THE MOST helpful employee iv ever experienced. We asked for advice on Afro hair products, natural deodorant, and She directed us to everything we needed. She also went fully above AND BEYOND by allowing us to root through the vintage scarfs which we briefly mention! We really cannot sing her praise enough shes so so lovely!!! If i could give her a 10 star review I definitely would!

I went into your store on the 20th October and I was greeted by a couple of your employees who were all lovely and polite. Me and my partner came in to treat ourselves to bath bombs. Marina (I hope I have spelt her name right!) was absolutely fantastic. We got chatting about my skin (I suffer from Eczema) and she was great with recommending different products that would be beneficial for my skin. She gave me samples of "Almond Blossom", to test if i'm allergic or not. I didn't realise you guys did samples! After she left us to have a look around, she came back with a bath bomb for me. She chose "Floating Flower", as she thought it would be gentle on my skin. All the products Marina recommended for me have been gentle on my skin - with no allergic reactions. I just wanted to say a huge thank you to Marina, she is truly an asset to your company. Her product knowledge is astounding and I have never had such a wonderful customer service experience. Rather than being pushy with sales, she was empathetic towards my skin condition. I will be back to repurchase everything she recommended!

Our visit to Manchester Arndale conisided with a visit to Lush. You know when you are approaching Lush, the smell is amazing and tasty, you almost want to take a bite of the air!! The shop is well laid out, not cluttered. The products are varied, and generally has something for most people and mists needs. The staff super helpful and welcoming. Although, not cheap, the products we have are fantastic, and slowly but surely jointly we are doing a little bit for the betterment of our environment.

Such an amazing store, walked past so many times and never been in, but was recommended a face mask by a friend so thought I'd try it out. Had no idea how big it was!! It's like a pampering emporium! Went straight to the face mask section and had a little look around and found one I liked the look of. Me and my flatmate then spent around 30 minutes with Tyler who was absolutely amazing and so helpful, can tell he really knows what he's talking about and that he's very passionate about the company and his job. He talked us through all the products we had questions about and was so patient with us, let us try lots of different ones and even chatted to us and talked us through all the spa treatments they do at Lush Spas. Definitely booking in for one soon! We ended up leaving with a huge bag of goodies, big smiles on our faces and smelling absolutely delightful! Thank you so much Tyler, you deserve a pay rise!

I went to LUSH on a Friday after a long week, wanting to get a present for my friend who's having her birthday in the weekend. Since my friend has eczema condition, I wanted to check what kind of bath boom would be suitable for her. Hesitating which bombs to buy, one staff came over (later I asked her colleague for her name and she's called Charlie) and asked if I needed any help. She patiently explained what she thinks is the best for my friend, and showed me some of the product in action so I can make a better decision! It was so kind that she just let me talk through what I wanted to choose - I have never had a better shopping experience before! In the end I chose what my friend really likes and she enjoys it very much... this is all thanks to the patience and expertise of Charlie! I will definitely come back to this LUSH again because of Charlie - Thank you so much once again! :D

Absolutley bowled over by the Customer Service in Lush ! Heard it was friendly and Staff were very good but absolutley exceeded all expectations ! Considering it was literally last few days before Xmas and packed put the Staff went above and beyond in Lush Arndale ..I needed a gift for a teenager who is extremely fussy on any given day and as all teenagers do completley changed the mind on the "really would like" list so went in blind ( first visit) and came out with best gift I could have got ! On opening Xmas Day I was proclaimed an absolute Legend and the gift went straight on the "story" on Insta? So I know it was a roaring success as hardly any thing else made it onto Social Media ..from a Dinasoaur who has been introduced slowly but methodically to the Teen Culture ..a massive thankyou to Lush Staff ..hope they were well rewarded for their hard work ...and patience .and had themselves a Merry Little Christmas ...I will be back ..but this time for myself!! If you have never been ..please go browse .it's one of the few places left you can actually so so withput being pressured into buying ..but you can test to your hearts delight ! Lush is my absolute favourite, cruelty free and vegan drug store. I buy 3 things atleast in 2 weeks because everything is so tempting to be tried. Even the customer service is fabulous. I had bought a mask for blemishes and it got bad.... i went there to exchange it not knowing weather or not they would cz i had no receipt for it. Anyways, went in lush Arndale center , Piccadilly and told him its smells rotten and id like ..... before i could finish my sentence he asked if i like to change or credit it on to a gift card. I was really happy with it.

Fabulous like seriously the products have always been amazing and just so good for my skin but what had made me write this review is because 25/October/2019 is my birthday and I went shopping to treat my self (something I never normally do) but went into lush to get some bath bombs like I normally do but I end up with the full works the staff are so lovely in lush, Arndale centre. There where 2 lovely and polite men helping me have the best experience ever to then taken into there green house where there was a ladie I can’t remember her name but she was so lovely she topped this experience we had a laugh and she talked me through different products that I may like... and I can definitely say I walked out of there with a massive smile and I can’t thank the members off staff that helped me enough they are definitely a breathe of fresh air !!!
