Great customer service, purchase a aroma lamp. The one I ordered was in stock, was quickly advised and given alternative options. Asked when likely to receive and was advised taking it to the post office but may have missed despatch for that day which was fine. I received the item today, really please with with delivery service. Would highly recommend Project Scent.

Received a Lady One Million and Sauvage inspired shower gel today, even got a free sample wax melt. They smell amazing!! Can't wait to use them. Postage is expensive, however delivery was fast and they are packaged well so 100% worth it. Thankyou ❤️

Cannot recommend this place enough! I am so glad I stumbled across them whilst googling how to make lenor scented wax melts... no need to struggle to make my own when I can order them along with scents including my Favourite perfumes! Absolutely love this shop!!! A family member mentioned Project Scent as they know how much I love my wax melts/fragrances. If I'm honest I thought the shop would just be the same as most places in this industry and I wouldn't be able to tell the difference UNTIL I tried their products!!!! 🙉 WOW the scents last ages from the Body sprays, linen sprays, carpet freshener to the wax melts! They smell identical to the branding names. Even when the wax melts are not in use, Myself and my friends can still smell the scents from when I last had them burning days before. Only if your products was edible to eat!!! 🤤 I think it was best I moved to Southport, if I still lived in my beautiful home town of Manchester I would be bankrupt because of this shop!! Lovely ladies, amazing products and I will definitely be recommending even more friends! Two visits and this is already my collection... Got my mum a few scents for mothers day and the house always smells lush! So thought I'd treat myself to a few of the body stuff and car air freshener and all are brilliant! Would highly recommend. Service was a same day delivery within a few hours of my order! Communication was brilliant aswell with constant updates on my order.

Great products and great prices value for money especially the uniform spray's black opium,love love love great for refreshing your clothes and anything else i use for my bedding and any other garments, and also the wax melts smell gorgeous and for men boss body wash ummmm smell lush. Came here on Thursday as I was recommended. What can I say excellent selection of wax melts, air fresheners, fabric sprays, bath bombs and more. The lady I spoke to was great, she showed me her best selleing products and informed of all the upcoming christmas stock they are bringing out soon. I brought some air freshener and wax melts, and I have to say that they are amazing. The smell last for a really long time. I purchased the snow fairy air freshener which smells so sweet. Let's just say if you are someone who loves their house smelling nice take yourself down to project scent.

I recieved my order today and was not disapointed! I love the smell of my new soaps - particularly the alien scented soap. I bought a lovely body spray which was also alien scented. Both were very good value. My favourite buy was my wax burner which is beautiful and very well priced. I've never had melts smell as strong and smell as close to what they say they are! The team are very helpful, delivery has a quick turn around and it's a great feeling to be helping a local business, although, despite this point I've completely dropped all mainstream brands and now only order from here
