Pharmacy staff have all been very nice. This review is just to mention that AS OF MARCH 2022, PHARMACY IS ONLY OPEN TILL 5PM, but Google won't let us specify different hours of operation for different parts of a business under the same roof.

Just want to say l'm very impressed with the service provided today, my husband had problems with a prescription from Lloyd's pharmacy, due to a computer malfunction, so the script was redirected to Booots on Northumberland Street Newcastle, and I have to say, l was extremely impressed by the slick and professional service

With my wife's birthday approaching and Christmas not far behind, my thoughts turn to suitable presents. The main item, a winter coat chosen by my wife, is already hanging in the wardrobe, the surprise element gone. My annual trawl of the shops seeking inspiration, therefore, began last Monday in the cosy confines of Newcastle's Eldon Square shopping precinct, where the mighty triumvirate of John Lewis, Fenwicks and Boots can be found. All have impressive cosmetics departments but it was at the Boots perfume counter that I presented myself, enquiring, a little apprehensively, the cost of Chanel Number 5. The assistant, kindly, sympathetic, a lady of course, told me the item was available with a reduction of £20 on the normal price. This put me in a good mood, I completed the transaction, departed, the present nicely gift wrapped and despite the bargain, somewhat poorer. All in all a positive experience, and, hopefully, one that I will repeat next year.
