Well stocked shop where I was able to get discounted body care gifts for Christmas. The rating is because I asked for help with my loyalty card and an older lady at the counter told me to call the customer service or leave the queue. Well, whatever.

Staff are happy and helpful, answered all my questions about different products I was interested in and how to use them, shop is clean, tidy and well spaced and all products are clearly shown and easily accessible.

Always a love to shop there. Staff are very friendly, almost all the items are available, although they run out of stock pretty quickly so repeated visits are needed sometimes to pick up something in particular. However, click and collect is available for online orders in this store, so out of stock items are not a big bother.

Expensive but handy if looking for gift baskets etc. I'm still none the wiser if adding fig and cranberry to a face wash is any better than a bar of soap but women seem to enjoy very much nice smelling cosmetics. Clean and tidy store no issues.

Never thought I'd get into decent soap, but wow what a difference decent soap makes to your shower time and this place is full to the brim of it. Knocked off one star as I don't feel it caters for the male soap enthusiast so I've got to send the missus in. Hellish I know!

I absolutely love the products from here. The best one is the drops of youth serum. Though a bit overpriced, it sure works very well. Also the tea tree pore minimiser is amazing
