M.It is a bit more expensive now, hence not 5 stars.
But staff members are always knowledgeable, helpful and friendly.
Stock is beautifully arranged on shelves and throughout the store.
Located on the 1st floor.
J. W.Went to the Northampton store yesterday, a store member helped me with the products I needed and I couldn’t be happier with my skin already.
I was recommended the allo range as I have very sensitive skin and the product does not disappoint!
S. G.Always feel welcome, but the staff are very pushy and it's quite overwhelming, especially for neurodiverse people with lots of smells and many people upselling you, so they should consider that.
U. P.I like their products. They are mid range with good variety of toiletries and makeup. I would have given 4 stars but only when it takes a couple of years to get used to a shade in lipsticks you are dissappointed when trying to replace your favorite shades because body shop has discontinued that line. It's always the same scenario every few years
So buy your favorite shades in make up somewhere else

My visit to the shop on 18 July 2013 for a free makeover was more than a pleasant experience. All the members of staff were welcoming, friendly and helpful.
My consultation for the makeover was with a member of staff named Rachel. She was great. I found her approach enthusiastic and her refreshingly honest style in offering advice was very much appreciated!!.
The Body Shop makes you feel “worth it” – I recommend a visit!!!
