I was looking at some of the lip products and Hollie very kindly offered to swatch the colours for me and ended up trying out the Hello Flawless Brightening Foundation on me since I was looking for a replacement for the discontinued Hello Happy Soft Blur Foundation. I had honestly never seen foundation looking so smooth and lovely on my skin, and Hollie gave some great tips about how to apply foundation and about prepping the skin beforehand. I ended up buying the foundation and the primer she used as it looked so nice! It was great value too with my student discount. Hollie was really lovely to talk to and very informative - I had such a great experience!

First time getting my eyebrows done here & Jess has done them perfectly! She spoke me through the process, told me what will look best and was lovely!! Will definitely be going back again. Elona was amazing too!! She recommended the exact brow products I needed, tested them & taught me different techniques in how to apply the brow pencil for different looks. Will be going back here in a few weeks to have my brows done again

I requested a last minute appointment and even though the diary was full, Jess managed to squeeze me in. I had a brow tint and wax, the colour was matched to perfection 🤩 I took advantage of the eye masks that were offered as a special treat at just £4.50. My skin felt amazing afterwards. My brows were waxed with real attention to detail and I’m over the moon with the results. Thank you Jess ❤️

I’ve just had my brows done as well as a lip and chin wax with Laura at benefit. Laura was amazing I am so so happy with them they’re perfect and I’ve never been to anyone so thorough. To add to that she was super friendly and very helpful. Highly recommend 😊

I've been going to Hollie in Boots Nottingham for about 18 months / 2 years now and I won't let anyone else touch my brows. They look exactly how I want them everytime I go. Hollie is really bubbly and chatty but remains professional. She will walk through every step with you on what you want and recommend when needed or if you want it! Would highly recommend Hollie if you want the perfect brows!

I met this lovely woman called Hollie today 2/04/2022 with my sister. We are clueless when it comes to skincare including eye creams and exfoliation of the skin. Hollie has lovely communication skills and was excellent with us. Her advice were practical and I could tell it was also genuine. We purchased the products. If you are reading this Hollie, you will go far in life and your boyfriend is lucky to have you! You have beautiful skin by the way! 😊

I had a great first time experience with benefit brow bar. Kay did a brow wax and tint on me today, and I love my brows!! Kay is really professional and lovely to speak to! It's a shame she's leaving the Nottingham brow bar, but I'll definitely come back!!! Edit: I had my second appointment today and, I was served by Hollie who is very professional & friendly. My sister and I have just been on the benefit counter at Boots in the centre of Nottingham, we are both still at school/college and took a long while to decide what to spend our money on! Benefit is one of our absolute favourite brands and Hollie on the counter was absolutely amazing, she was super patient and understood that when at college it’s a big decision as to what to buy, she helped us with our final choices and even gave us a couple of samples- which made our day! Jessica did a brow wax and tint on me today. She was very professional and explained everything she was going to be doing. She not only made me feel very comfortable and welcome from the minute she said hello to the minute she said good bye, but she also made my 4 year old feel important and included. She also did an amazing job with waxing and tinting my eyebrows they have never looked so good I will for sure be coming back for the foreseeable future wouldn’t go anywhere else.
