c. f.Jas basically saved my christmas, she was professionally multitasking various grumpy panic buying xmas shoppers against the adversity of many items being sold out throughout what must have been a very long and busy shift on 23rd. Yet somehow, at a point in the day where I would have been totally fed up and lost all charisma Jas was still patient, smiling and going to great lengths to advise and help each customer meet their brief in time for christmas. She went above & beyond to help me get hold of the fragrance I wasn't sure I was going to able to get and took care with my items. Shes a credit to the shop, give her a raise, or promotion (if she wants one) 😁 @Boots West Bridgford
E. H.Aisles are too narrow, you have to keep getting out of the way of other shoppers. Not enough staff on the checkouts, you always have to wait. Chemist counter especially short staffed. It doesn't pay to keep customers waiting, we will and do go elsewhere. Sorry Boots but you are dumbing down.

H. H.All the staff at Boots in West Bridgford have been amazing and really supportive throughout lockdown. There is always a queue for Boots in lockdown because of social distancing etc. Whenever you go in the staff are always friendly and polite and helpful. The demand on Boots in lockdown was overwhelming especially with how many prescriptions they were going through in a day. Also customers including myself have been really understanding of this which has helped them immensely.
S. B.Wear a mask and follow the route on the floor. Staff all wearing masks but can get busy on a weekend. Nobody was on the door as you enter so flows pretty well inside and staff as polite as ever.
I. J.Boots west bridgford is a v poor shop with unfriendly staff. A v strange queuing system when i visited - not enough tills open (only one) so a long wait, while a no 7 cosmetics counter right near the door stood empty, though confusingly had its own till, when my husband tried to ask if this 2nd till was open for service we were v rudely told by staff to stay back in the other queue - yet it was in fact open for others. Do no7 product buyers get priority? We are perfectly capable of queing and know the form but boots staff seem confused, and then blame you. It makes going there an unpleasant experience
