I what boots to recognise the importance of first class staff.The young lady I spoke to, Demi was her name spoke.softly and calmly and I think she sensed I was flustered trying to explain to her what had happened to my order. She listened intently and explained the options. She quietly reassured me and came up with a solution that was agreeable to me. I asked for her name and later found that she worked in Nottingham because I wanted to send a review. I was so impressed with her manner as she had a calming influence. I would like the management to pass on my sincere thanks to Demi. She is certainly an asset to the company.

Cannot praise Boots pharmacy in Thornbury High Street enough. The staff are all pleasant, helpful and informative - especially the pharmacist Jay Chi who has gone above and beyond to be of assistance.

Needed copy of eye test. Tried to get thru by phone for 2 days. Always engaged. In desperation went to optician dept at Brent cross to see if they can help. Been here an hour - they couldnt help Update 27 April. In desperation I went thru their customer complaints dept and they were able to expedite matters, They also found out that their phone system was not working - hence the numerous calls over many days that were not answered.
