M. K.Needed copy of eye test. Tried to get thru by phone for 2 days. Always engaged. In desperation went to optician dept at Brent cross to see if they can help. Been here an hour - they couldnt help
Update 27 April. In desperation I went thru their customer complaints dept and they were able to expedite matters, They also found out that their phone system was not working - hence the numerous calls over many days that were not answered.

W.I what boots to recognise the importance of first class staff.The young lady I spoke to, Demi was her name spoke.softly and calmly and I think she sensed I was flustered trying to explain to her what had happened to my order. She listened intently and explained the options. She quietly reassured me and came up with a solution that was agreeable to me. I asked for her name and later found that she worked in Nottingham because I wanted to send a review. I was so impressed with her manner as she had a calming influence.
I would like the management to pass on my sincere thanks to Demi.
She is certainly an asset to the company.
