Made an order 6 days ago, next day I realised my old address was on the order. They don’t take telephone calls anymore you can only contact via email. So emailed and got a reply back within the hour stating they had changed my address for me. Goods arrived today perfectly packed Great smells in essential oil etc very happy customer

This company is my preferred supplier for essential oil and fragrance oils. Been using them for the last 6 months and have never been let down. Delivery is fast and free and the prices are very competitive. I run a eco brand local in Nottingham and I would love the option of being able to collect to save on delivery CO2. Only given a 4 because something the website can be really non-responsive and slow. But maybe that's because there are soo many products on there.

I love Fresh Skin, I’ve bought their essential oils for years. I now use them for my clients when they have aromatherapy massages. They’re affordable, pure and cruelty free which is why I went for them. They always arrive really fast as well. I’ll continue to use Fresh Skin!

Reasonably fast, free delivery. Mistakes always fixed, though some people in their customer service are a bit brusque. Some of the fragrances are lovely in cold process soap. Some are not what I expected from the description, but that's why they sell 10ml testers!

Can't Fault the Quality but really slow delivery upwards of a week, you get messages saying a delivery day from DPD but then when you check its a pre ordered pick up, so they have not got it, Leave messages and no reply and no one answers phone. You really need to sort your customer service out.

good quality oils, though more transparency could be used for things like aloe vera gel. it states "99% aloe vera gel" but then when you look at the ingredients there is a miniscule amount
