First time customer in this well stocked Hair and Beauty store in Long Eaton. Was met by a lovely friendly blonde Lady who was very helpful and knowledgeable.There is so much choice in this shop in terms of perfume,hair and make up - will definitely be returning 🤩

I visited the shop in Long Eaton to buy some products specifically for my nails and was dealt with by Laura. I found Laura to be polite, funny and extremely helpful and knowledgeable! She really took the time to help me and I didn't feel at all rushed. I will definitely be back, what a lovely shop and Laura is a credit to the store!

Laura and Mel were both very kind and helpful. On my visit recently, Laura helped advise me on everything from wigs to perfume and makeup. Highly personable and didn't make me feel like she was just trying to upsell me on things I didn't want or need. Instead, Laura put in a lot of effort into providing me with honest advice to best help me find everything I wanted and went above and beyond, despite my inexperience with the products I was trying to parse through. Cannot recommend them enough! Will definitely be returning.

I needed some help to prepare a care package for somebody I'd never met, I was met by the most friendly and helpful member of staff I'd met in many of months, in any store, The lady the package was for, loved everything, both the colours and quality of the items I was helped with.
