M.Fantastic products at affordable prices, I have shopped in Kiko for several years now, I find their eye shadows and lip colours very good value for money, the colour lasts and there is a broad range to choose from. The ranges are refreshed on a regular basis and do not disappoint . I visited Kiko in my home city of Nottingham recently and it was a pleasant experience with covid measures observed, a relaxed atmosphere and helpful staff.

R. S.Friendly staff, you dont get pounced on when you walk in. Asked about a mascara and was recommended to a particular one which aimed to what I was hoping for. Tried it out when I got home and it's perfect for me. Love this shop.
D. B.The stores customer service is brilliant considering how busy it can be. However the size of the store is so small it's very hard to navigate. There is barely room to walk and with showcounters in the middle it's almost impossible for the average person with bags to walk through.
