J. W.Went to Bobbi Brown store in Oxford! Great customer service, Emma was amazing she understood exactly what I wanted… I loved all the products she recommended enough so that I went back to the store the next day :) honestly best makeup shopping experience ever!! All thanks to Emma!!
H. F.While my visit was only to give in a CV, on entering an employees gave me a very unfriendly and unwelcoming look. I can't imagine why she would have done this, as I smiled at her gracefully and she was very beautiful and needn't project her insecurities in such a hateful way.
The manager who spoke to me however was very friendly, and directed me to email in a cover letter.
I will not be taking my application further as it is a toxic environment.
