Visited at the start of this month and dealt with the lovely Mel. She was very gently, patient and considerate. She was ensuring that all social distancing measures were being followed keeping all customers safe. We finally decided on a couple of fragrances we liked and Mel offered the reward card which we took to make a saving and she even wrapped them for us. These were gifts so it was ideal and they looked excellent in the packaging and gift bags! We will be back due to a first class shopping experience from Mel.

I spent £60 on cologne today. This was my first time. You can imagine being a beginner to this thing, I was praying I get a patient staff member to explain things to me. Well, I got Mel. She went through the process with me. I had told her my parameters, and she went type by type allowing me to enjoy the different smells then using my likes to work towards my final choice. Thank you Mel. Pretty cool shop if you ask me.

All the team know the type of Fragrance I like & are very, very good at showing me new Men's EDT. I always go in with the idea of buying one Aftershave & end up buying 5 or 6 Bottles. Anything less than 100ml in a Bottle is a waste so my biggest pet hate is smelling a Aftershave I like then finding out it's a 90ml Bottle. Great service everytime.

A good shop and the lady who served me seemed very pleasant & polite. But the shop in my opinion could have done with 2 staff as it was busy and the lady who served me was covering the whole shop and some of the display shelfs were untidy. Felt a wee bit sorry for her. Right near Christmas.

Best place for deals and offers during this week at least. We have been comparing websites for various deals but for the prices in this store very close to the cheepest deal and bought at the store... The lady who served us was very patient & cheerful.
