The most finest perfumes I have ever purchased, long lasting and I always get asked by people what perfume I am wearing. AZ perfumes have been my upmost favourite and I always keep my stock topped up. I placed an order from the UK website and it has been delivered to me in Dubai, as I have been told that I can now purchase directly from AZ in Dubai. The customer service is so prompt and I always get a response back on any suggestions. Recently I have just purchased the AZ Irum Hair mist and I just cant express how beautiful this goes with my favourite Irum Perfume. Now that AZ has come into Dubai it makes it so much easier for me and my friends to purchase. Thank you to the customer service team who assisted me over emails as I was in a dilemma with what perfume I should get for my best friends birthday. Wish you all the best for your Dubai journey, me and my Dubai friends will certainly become regular buyers :-)

Superb and outstanding customer service received over telephone when almost given up to make an online order due to a technical faulty. Firstly I just wanna say how lovely Ayesha Ziya and her staff members are! They’re absolutely sweet and down to earth and I’m not just saying this because I want something out of it etc; I am talking from personal experience whether it’s been placing an order online or over the phone. They are absolutely amazing and really really nice! I’ve never had any issues with Ayeshas products and they smell absolutely gorgeous. Just a quick note to say thank you to the Ayesha Ziya customer service team. When ordering for the first time, I had some technical issues on the payment screen on my end and was unable to purchase the perfume that was a gift for my mum. The customer service team rang me within a few minutes, after they saw my failed order and very helpfully placed the order on my behalf. I was not expecting this service, and they went above and beyond. My mum loved her new fragrance, and I am also now obsessed with Irum. It’s such a unique fragrance and a little goes a long way! Thank you for such a fantastic service and product! :)

I was quite hesitant ordering a perfume without having smelt it first, but I did it anyway. I purchased ‘Signature Oud’ and it smells amazing!! Super fast service & the packaging is extremely luxurious as well. I use the same fragrance air freshner for my car as well, so glad they there’s the AZ x EG collab!
