I’ve just taken my 10 year old daughter to get her ears pierced for the very first time. Michelle was brilliant with her.The choice of earrings are stunning.It was lovely and clean and I felt instantly like Mia was in good hands. I chose the 3 week after care but will leave the white gold earrings in for around 6 weeks. Michelle was great at keeping Mia calm, explaining everything and the aftercare. She also did it so quickly, which was great 😊. Mia absolutely loves her ears now they look stunning thank you Michelle. Highly recommend for first timers .

Michelle was absolutely amazing with my 3 year old daughter! Whilst being extremely thorough and making my daughter feel at ease, the whole process was super quick and painless (no tears!) and even a high 5 when we left! 😊 I’m so glad I brought my daughter here! Thank you!

Both myself and my daughter have had our helix pierced with Michelle. We have been 1000% happy. Everything was explained before and then again after to make sure we had understood the aftercare.
