Next Beauty and Home is the new incarnation of what was Debenhams in the Oracle. Debenhams was effectively a victim of Covid 19. Next have stepped in though and have created an effective mashup. What you get here is the best of Next Home - with a lot of products on display in big floor space. ( I do want a Sherlock chair seriously comfortable). Plus, you get the best of what was Debenhams beauty and fragrance range. I personally find the fragrances and beauty products in this store to be one of the widest on the high street (and online) and competitively priced, especially when the sales are on!! I really like what Next has done here. Great product ranges. Nice energy. Some of the old staff are still around. 5 Stars easy ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Fantastic store and fantastic staff. Next will definitely overtake the likes of John Lewis, House of Fraser and formerly Debenhams, if they keep up with their amazing customer service and value for money. Staff genuinely look happy and are always ready to serve. Never a bad experience here. Same goes with the clothing store in The Oracle too. Smiles all round. Nothing is ever too much for the staff even on busier periods. Always vigilant, professional and friendly.

Never been here until yesterday. My mom and I loved it! Especially the random sales on bits and bobs, and the selection on home items was quite varied.

The YSL Rep Kirsty (so sorry if spelt wrong!) is so accommodating and helpful....she approached us as we were looking for a specific brand, they didnt have it in store but friendly service like that makes customers go back and support them.
