Very friendly and professional service. My doctor surgery made an error with my prescription and the pharmacy went out of their way to ensure my needs were met. Brilliant service and would highly recommend.

Ever since I started collecting my prescriptions from this pharmacy - my quality of life has improved. Prior to moving here I always had to worry at the end of each month and do lots of chasing up. However the service I've received here has been amazing. The phone is always answered (even when I bombarded them - they remained patient & took the time to reassure me). The waiting time is minimal, I've never seen the line look endless like they do in other pharmacies. Sara & Monika recognise me on arrival and are bubbly without fail! I was a bit anxious when I saw that they'd had a change in manager but there was no reason to be. The new manager is just as charming as the old one. They introduced me to their pharmacy app too, the fact I can manage my own orders and see which stage of processing it's in, is something I'm grateful for. Overall would highly recommend.

Best Pharmacy in town centre! I went a couple of days ago to pickup a prescription for myself. They had prepared my medication, asked me a couple of questions and informed me about the various side effects. The pharmacist and the pharmacy assistants were so polite and genuinely happy to help! Whenever I walk in other big-chain Pharmacies I feel miserable and sad, however Superdrug Pharmacies are always a vibrant and positive environment!

Went in on Thursday - late night shopping. I was looking for foundation to complete the '3 for 2' offer. I asked a girl for some advice and she literally gave up half an hour of her time to help me out. She was super helpful and not annoyed when I tried to explain what I was looking for. Which included something that fit 'looking flawless, but not covered' despite trying nearly every foundation in the shop we finally found one! I then asked for advice on matte lipstick and liquid eyeliner. She offered loads of recommendations based on what she and her colleagues suggest. Was great! The woman on the counter was a bit grumpy though

This is a small-sized store located ground floor in the Broad Street Mall. There is only a limited selection of products available to choose from. I have visited several times and I've hardly been able to find what I'm looking for. Despite the lack of choice, the store is always in an immaculate condition and the staff always polite and friendly.
