Good choice of items. Purchased skin care. Assistant didnt have any small bags. However we managed to get one from the Estee Lauder consultant. Thank you. Long queue at ordinary tills .

I go here every time I go for my eye test. I have to say I will never go with anyone else. The staff are friendly and know what they are talking about. If you have any questions they will go through it all with you. This time was during the whole pandemic and they have remained covid safe so you don't need to worry. They ask you to place all glasses in a basket once tried on so they may be cleaned. Really good store and my perscrption is always correct compared to when I've been other places in the past which I won't name. So if you are unsure, just book! You get vouchers all the time for free eye tests or money off glasses or even free pairs when you spend a certain amount. Really good value for money also!

Visited the hanley store today. Such a pleasant, helpful young lady named Jayne helped me with my purchases. She did everything she could to assist me. Even showed me how to use boots app on my phone so that I got the best discounts available. Fantastic work Jayne. You definitely went above and beyond. Thank you so much. I have tried to leave feedback on the talk to boots site but it appears to be unavailable at the moment. Jayne on the no 7 counter give yourself a pat on the back you deserve it. Happy Christmas 💐

It was possibly the best boots experience of my life to date. There were hardly any other punters in the store and it was just like they had opened the shop for me. Oh I hope lock down last forever and Boots will be mine all mine alone (apart from my wife). We had a wonderful 20 minutes searching through the extensive selections of red hair die shades. We found the perfect shade to compliment our bathroom walls that now look like a scene from psyco. Best day ever! Thank you Boots Hanley.

Went there for my ear's to have wax removed. The lady that carried out the procedure was amazing. She was very professional and explained everything that she was doing. After 40 minutes I could hear again!!! Would highly recommend going to Boot's for this, lovely friendly staff and a nice big shop

Situated just outside the Potteries, this multifloor boots store is very good for size! The upper floor is well stocked and well kept, however on our visit the lower floor was like an unused store! Not this was at the start of January so we put this down to the aftermath of Christmas, yet it looked worse than it should have done. Staff were friendly and helpful. Only other complaint being that boots stores, not exclusively this one, all seem to be very outdated and need a revamp, in my opinion!
