Very good. I really like this company. The products are excellent quality and fresh and also very well priced. However I would have given 5 stars if paper tape was used on packaging. Most companies have now stopped using plastic sellotape and switched to the paper option which does not have to be removed from the cardboard.

The customer service and the delivery was excellent the only thing is I was not aware that I have to pay for the import fees and taxes which I don’t mind paying but a heads up will sure be appreciated. The products came in a good packaging with paper stuffing which I really appreciated. The aloe vera gel ingredients includes carbomer and EDTA which are both synthetic and I thought it will all be natural. I cannot use it. I love shopping natural products and I came across Naissance on the Internet because casually I was looking for a Lavender Oil for my humidifier and I found out Naissance creates essential oils 100% from natural sources and ingredients and I certainly recommend these products and this company to anyone. It was an excellent choice and I will keep purchasing their essential oils.

The service as usual is okay. The products can be very hit and miss. Some trial and error is needed to get the product that is right for you, fortunately there are items available in small tester quantities, so you can try a product to see if it meets your needs. Out of the say 10 deliveries so far, at least 2 had an item missing, or the incorrect size of items. This is usually rectified and replacement sent out quickly, but inconvenient. Finally, their butters can be inconsistent. The Shea for example used to come in cut up blocks. They were smooth and perfect quality. Now the Shea is clearly melted and poured into pots. Since this started, I have had a few batches of Shea butter be very grainy on delivery, meaning I have to melt the whole thing down and temper it myself. Less than ideal. Overall. A good company with a few inconsistencies.

I only ever buy cruelty free products. So, I had to pick wisely, luckily my friend bought me a bundle for my birthday last year. Used the eucalyptus for when I was ill, and the lavender to help me sleep. And during this year when I had a very bad week of sleeping, I forget I had these, and thought I would see if it would work, and the lavender works a miracle! Knocks me right out! I use it every night, and it usually turns off during the early hours of the morning to keep my nice and settled in bed. Wouldn't go anywhere else. I was quite happy with a previous order, having only ordered once before, but on my recent order I chose the avocado body butter, of which I've sent a email with, not exactly a complaint, but more to bring yr attention to. Firstly the butter has no advice on how to warm it, as difficult to get out of tub. Much more importantly, I am very short sighted and have current prescription to enable to read, but yr label is Extremely reduced in size, so even with normal sight, you'd still need magnifying glass to read it. There was plenty room to make larger print. I had a reply re butter, but not a word re above. I suffer with allergies and obviously think it important to be able to read ingredients in or on anything. Please take this seriously, otherwise someone one day, might have a serious reaction.
