P. M.The staff in here were truly amazing. I came in with my boyfriend and it was a horrible day. We were given a friendly welcome by all the staff. My boyfriend had broken his leather jackets and was upset about it. The lady at the checkout gave him a free face mask to cheer him up which was lovely. We bought some brilliant products and will definitely be back.
G. A.Was made welcome and the staff were engaging and fun. They know their products well and are able to steer you towards great products that you wouldn't think of trying out yourself. Overall, it was great experience and I will be looking forward to making this a regular shop on my Truro visits.
K. S.Always such friendly staff and lovely products. Don't be put off by the use of plastic as they also have 'naked' products and great circular recycling of the plastics as well. Bring back you pots and bottles for money off or a free fresh face mask.

S. P.I LOVE Lush and the products. My skin reacts to most chemicals and perfumes high street brands pile in their products, but Lush has done wonders for my skin. I received some great advice from the team here in the Truro store, and I am now seeing major improvements. Thank you:) The only problem is I can spend waaay too much in this store!! So many good things!

K. T.Always love a visit here. The smells are strong so you have to be prepared, also the Truro store has steps at the entrance so not easy access. Staff were friendly and attentive but also willing to leave me to browse (I happened to be the only one in the store at the time)
