I discovered this store randomly for the two scents that were needed to arrive within a certain time frame (let down by a London store) and can't believe how easy it was to order online and received in 2 to 3 working days delivered by Royal Mail. I've totally given up on the previous fragrance store used. I've placed 3 orders already here and love the selection. Thanks for a fabulous service 💋

I was so impressed with the staff member at the Truro store. It was not just their sales manner although that in itself should earn them promotion, but their knowledge of perfumes, base notes, suitability to occasion, professional ethic and willingness to go the extra mile was all exceptional. I have only been assisted like this once before and that was in London. They secured a deal from me, and my friend is going to the store next week for a purchase. I live a long way from this store and could easily buy on line. Or I could wait until I go to London as I do a few times a year but I will now go to your store in Truro to buy perfume just because I know Vida and the other staff will be able to recommend something suitable for me. This store is more than worth a visit. fantastic.

i bought bvlgari man in black parfum from them just yesterday and received it today in very very safe packaging,you can see by look at the wrapping they put the customer first and not just saving on this and that to make more money,they even added few free 2mls samples to my order and on top they gave me shampoo same brand as parfum....i will buy all my grooming and aftershave from this shop even if the price higher which i know for sure they are lower...they mean business and thats worth a lot to me when i see they look after me...thank u guys in SCENTSTORE
