Friendly staff. Helpful enough to trail me back across the store to find hairbands for my daughter. As a bald man, hairbrushes and hair accessories are an alien concept to me.

Always nice in boots but on Sunday the 9th of January the boy working in the N° 7 section at midday was wonderful.He let me know that there was a new mascara coming up which I'm definitely buying soon. Top service, wish I got his name.

I was very pleased with the personal service I received from Jonny yesterday. I wanted to buy a product 3 for 2 and there was only 2 on the shelf. He kindly organised the order to be collected in store in a few days time. Also I needed another product which was not on the shelf and this too was ordered. I would like to mention as well the fantastic service of all the staff in the Optician Department on 1st floor. I have received FIRST CLASS professional attention over many years with Eye Tests (where they have picked up several eye health problems) Contact Lens from the beginning learning procedures to contact lens yearly checkups and any aftercare situations along the way. I alway recommend them to my family and friends as I know that they will be well looked after THANK YOU BOOTS OPTICIAN.

Useful store with items you would expect from a fair sized Boots. But the building interior is getting dated, hasn't changed for around 30 years. I don't think the owners of Boots now are really concerned with their staff or customer's experience.

Trusted products, but well overpriced, "Savers" which are literally next door, have the same supplier as Boots and 30-80% lower prices.

Very bad staffing on pharmacy counter, so went to Savers and got served immediately. Don't waste time in Boots if they can't be bothered to serve you.

Boots staff are very friendly and efficient, you'll always find nice bargains and it's worth having a look at the reduced to clear corner and especially perfume isle, where i always buy latest fragrances at best prices!! Best place to print family pictures and to frame best moments of your life, as Boots just replaced the old print photo machines with brand new good quality ones, and the prices for printing photos are very accessible and the quality is very good! The pharmacists are very good in offering advices and info regarding prescriptions and meds!! Definitely recommend to have a look around! 👌😉

I personally find boots too hectic and the way product is sorted means you are on the search the lighting is harsh and acoustic gives me a headache. Staff are helpful but seems there are never enough for the amount of customers needing their attention. Also there is a leak of their overflow in the alleyway which in this weather can cause an accident.

This chemist tends to have a good selection of products. Can get very busy at the weekends and is a bit more expensive than lesser stores. Due to the price of town centre parking if you don't need to go to town try the boots at Lyons farm as the parking is free there.
