T. T.The girls in this store are lovely. I've been in twice as I've been suffering really bad with my skin due to wearing a face mask for work all day long. The advice is always really good, you're never forced to buy everything they recommend. They are friendly polite and always happy to help. I hope that their management sees this as I think this year there has been so much negativity it is nice to receive positive feedback.

She was very thoughtful, skilled and amazingly supportive throughout the whole visit. My makeover was exceptional and my daughters skin has already improved with the products we bought. M.Staff were friendly and helpful! Nice clean and well presented displays! Little disappointed the usual mutlibuy offer wasn't running so just the one bottle this time, plus a few items weren't priced. Unfortunately no big bottles of shower gel so it was a small spend this time. Staff made up for the experience by being so accommodating getting prices for me and giving some lovely advice 😋

All products are certified cruelty-free. The origin of the ingredients is also clearly stated.
It's more expensive than standard consumer products from other stores.
But bear in mind those products are more often than not tested on animals.
The L'Oréal brand is affiliated with Nestle.
This includes its subsidiaries: Maybelline and Garnier.
Nestle is known for its harmful practices in developing countries.
I'd recommend that everyone considers switching to Body Shop and/or Co-op own-brand health and beauty products.
Ethics are important.
Note that the Body Shop was previously bought by L'Oréal. It was then sold to the ethical and eco-friendly Natura & Co.

I. F.Good sized store. Plenty of testers available around the shop allowing you to try the products. Great natural scents and aromas. Good prices.
They also have a set of four sinks near the front of store allowing you to wash your hands after trying the products. Amazing how many places that have testers don't have sinks.

R. H.Wife purchased some handcream, she couldn't find her loyalty card, staff member helped find her on the system. The negative was the staff member wasn't wearing a mask, or protection and no lanyard to say she was exempt. Sad from such a highly known brand.

W. E.Really good place to buy natural beauty, skin are, haiecare and facial products. They have a good variety in their range of products. Very famous for their body butter cream in variety of fragrance.
This outlet offers more discount compared to the main branch, upto 40% if you buy 4 products. Definitely try it.

D. R.Bloody amazing little shop. The products are brilliant, reasonably priced and their bottles are filled right to the brim (unlike some other brands) their entire ethos is so impressive. On a side note I was served by Emma who was so lovely, she really took the time to show me the products and talk me through which ones to choose. The other girls were very lovely too. Highly recommended.
