Boots was Boots. It stocked all the stuff I've been used to it stocking over the past several decades I've been shopping at Boots and, as expected, I bought what I had set out to buy. This is a particularly large branch, with an opticians, so happy days. M&S nearby has a nice café so good all round.

Took my mum for some make up, she was asked if she wanted some assistance after a few minutes browsing - saying no, we were left alone to browse. At the checkout the lady noticed the lipstick mum wanted had been opened and offered to go and get her a sealed one instead. Both members of staff we had interactions with were very friendly, the store was clean and uncluttered.

I placed an order for a gift for my wife 12 days before Christmas. I was supposed to pick up the gift on 23.12, unfortunately there was nothing for me. Stuff couldn't help me with that and my wife was left without a Christmas gift!!!? After 10 e-mails my order was waiting for me in the store 05.01!! I WILL NEVER ORDER ANYTHING ONLINE FROM THEM AGAIN!!!

The staff are fantastic! There's a sales assistant called Carol who is the most helpful, friendly lady you could ever ask for. She's helped me so many times with skincare and make up. She's deserves a medal!

Over the last few days we needed a PCR Test to travel to Malta. On visiting Boots in Eagles Meadow Wrexham the lady in pharmacy Karen was so helpful. We returned for the test yesterday at 12 30 and was greeted by the Store Manager Adam who once again very helpful. The test was carried out by Sue & Michelle again excellent. Just 22 hours later at 10 30 this morning we received our results - negative. The store and its staff require a massive praise for its customer service. Thank you.

Had our prescription transferred here from caia Park chemist which are diabolical if I'm honest, so it was a wonderful experience to have everything ready and done in front of you while you wait and done in less time than what you'd be standing around waiting at caia, plus the staff are English and knowledgeable too which is an absolute godsend, well done and thank you!!
