Melissa was extremely careful and patient with me, and I didn't have any pain with the microsuction, which I had experienced with other audiologists at other places, as she used the correct sized implements for my very narrow ear canals. She explained things clearly and patiently too, so from now on, I won't be going anywhere else!

Problematic earwax removed efficiently, with an explanation of the process to put the patient at ease, and a hearing test was also carried out (positive result!) to further put my mind at rest. My wife visited Olivia after suffering for three weeks with very severe hearing loss and pain. what a difference 20 minutes make. She had the biggest smile I've seen on her face for about a month.
