Having floated here now and then when In Northern Ireland I can not recommend the place enough. Caring, very widely trained and qualified owner and welcoming surroundings. The floats are great and I find my back pain and stress both reduce whilst floating. I have also done it twice together with my wife. No talking, just being together in the same space in a dream-like state.

Had my first ever float yesterday and I must say it was an incredible experience, strange to start of with but so relaxing and as soon as I came out I felt relaxed and happy. Definitely going to come back soon, Chloe at reception was very friendly and helpful, answered all my questions and made me comfortable! Definitely recommend 😊

I tried my first float yesterday as I suffer with chronic shoulder & neck pain. It took a while to get used to but then I started to relax and really enjoyed it. I had a wonderful nights sleep and my neck/shoulder feels a lot better already! Going back next week for some more floating magic.

I was bought a voucher as a gift. The whole experience was just amazing from the second I opened the front door. The girl at the front desk was so lovely, she showed me what to do step by step.I was in the pool for 60mins it was so relaxing I enjoyed every second. I would highly recommend this to anyone who suffers from chronic pain. It definitely helped me for a while, can't wait for my next visit.

Hydroease is an amazing place to go for a float. The facilities are clean, modern and spacious. The people are warm and engaging. They explain the process of floating in detail and offer lights/sounds for those who wish to retain some sensory stimulation. All round, a superb environment to peel back the layers of consciousness.

Spent 90mins floating in darkness, but you can have small coloured LED lights on if you wish. Racing thoughts at first, but did some deep breathing and relaxed. Afterwards felt calm, energised and everything was a bit more vibrant-colours, sounds. Benefits have persisted. Private lockable space. Very welcoming staff. Would recommend highly.

This place is awesome. Never really knew what floating was about , Until today. What an amazing experience. You are actually floating, no gravity holding you down. You just float your stress away. It’s a must for anyone who is stressed from work or just life. Is in any pain. Just needs time to relax. Time to be just free. The list is endless to be honest. But I seriously would recommend this place to anyone. Regardless of size, sex or age. Just do it.

Loved this..the most relaxing time I have spent in a very long time ..I did a 90 minute float and i thought I'd been in for half the time ..I felt the benefits for days after, having released a lot of tension in my back ,shoulders and legs and also felt calmer and less stressed...I will definitely be back . I want to thank the lovely person who made me tea and gave me the time to ease back into the day...

First time at Hydro-Ease have a 90 min session that felt more like 20mins totally zoned out it was that relaxing definitely will go back. The staff and owner Vivian were so nice and friendly
