Over the past ten years, I have seen roughly half a dozen therapists. Not one of them, however, was able to diagnose and treat my OCD as effectively as Michael has done. It wouldn't be an exaggeration to say that the treatment I have received from Swift Psychology has changed my life. Reliable, caring, and always professional, Michael offers a truly exceptional service for a very reasonable price. I can't recommend his treatment highly enough, particularly if you're suffering with anxiety and/or Obsessive Compulsive Disorder.

I feel confident to say that I was a person with severe depression. Before working with Mike, I was embarrassed and didn’t even tell my family. After around 9 weeks of working together, I feel like a different person. I was a bit worried about online sessions, but they actually didn’t feel much different. We seemed to complete a lot of tasks and ‘interventions’ (proud I remember that one) which was great because my previous experiences have mostly been speaking with no input from the professional! But most of all I felt really listened to. It was really clear that Mike wanted to help and even provided me a later session when I couldn’t arrange childcare on one occasion. THE PLACE TO GO for health anxiety treatment! After 16 years of living with somatic symptom disorder I now have the tools the manage my thinking and behaviours. I had previously received counselling to stop my incessant googling of every health problem in the world, but unfortunately it didn't help. After 9 sessions of CBT with Mike I would say that I have reduced my problems by about 85%. I still have some way to go, but my quality of life has not been as positive in LITERALLY decades!
