Rajnish was god sent. I reached out to her to start therapy about a year ago when I was at my lowest during the first lockdown. Lockdown coupled with lots of time to think about life made me realise that I was not managing my anxiety as well as I thought I did.
Apart from helping me manage my anxiety, Rajnish has made me aware of some other issues I have and has equipped me with the necessary tools needed to become a healthier person (in terms of mental and emotional health), to the point where my family and friends are able to see the growth I have made thus far.
She is kind, compassionate and caring which helps create a safe space for brown girls like myself to talk about scenarios and issues we face within the brown community and in life.
I would really recommend her services especially for other brown folks!

I'd give Rajnish 100 stars if I could.
A very professional therapist who delivers all sessions with an excellent level of knowledge, support and attention to detail. She made me feel very at ease and often went above and beyond what I imagine many other therapists would do. Rajnish clearly cares deeply about her job and the wellbeing of those she treats.
Cannot recommend her enough!

Rajnish was a great therapist, she really helped with my anxiety and provided me with useful tools to help with my well-being. I could not recommend her enough, she was fantastic and really approachable.

I believe that having regular therapy sessions with Raj has helped me understand a lot about how I was thinking negatively and with CBT & other tools, I was taught a more favourable & effective way of analysing my thoughts. Raj has also helped me to understand what has been happening in my life and how to deal with particular difficult situations such as being more assertive in the workplace and how to feel my feelings. I feel having Raj as my regular therapist has also helped me to feel grounded and stable, especially during these unstable & unpredictable pandemic times, along with my unstable thoughts & emotions when I discover more about myself and my life that I had otherwise repressed or hidden from. Thank you.

Despite not having any session in person (covid restrictions), I felt that Rajnish made sure to connect during sessions. She has provided a caring and non-judgemental aura which enabled honesty and rooting through the past to happen without fear of judgement or lack of understanding. She has helped to give meaning to struggles and behaviours and the tools provided can be used even if you've reached a level of progression and stability. If you want a therapist who provides a holistic approach then I would 100% recommend Rajnish.

I have been having difficulties with a condition called night eating syndrome. I have been suffering from this condition for the last 20 years. I was too afraid and embarrassed to seek professional help. Raj was really good because she established when I first started having these problems and put it down to stress and anxiety. Once we started the sessions Raj trained me on how to control my subconscious mind and thoughts before going to sleep. After a few sessions, the therapy was successful as I was no longer waking up in the middle of the night to eat. My 20 year problem had been sorted in a matter of weeks. I wish I'd done this sooner, Raj is certainly value for money as some of the other therapists charge twice as much. I couldn't recommend Raj enough to anyway looking to do CBT.

As a medical consultant, I faced huge challenges recently. I didn't feel supported by my GP. I was facing a combination of insecurity, anxiety and sleep problems. I approached Your Mind Therapy and it has been an enlightening experience. She opened doors for me on holistic care and CBT, now allowing me to reflect on my anxieties and work through my thought processes to reach a more rational behavioural outlook. I can't thank her enough. I have now come off Sertraline and Zopiclone and feel free!

Rajnish really helped me work through some of my long standing issues. I was at a point where I was really struggling with my mental health and this was stemming into my day to day life. By talking and understanding the reasons behind my struggles we managed to together use CBT (very helpful tools and methods) that I now use every day to help me manage my anxieties and my every day issues. I am now in a much better place. I feel much more settled and confident in myself and am truly grateful for all the help I recieved. I can't reccomend her highly enough!

The therapy that I received with Rajnish has changed and saved my life. I would absolutely implore anyone who is either apprehensive or hesitant about starting therapy to give “Your Mind Therapy” a chance; as for me I’ve found it’s one of the best steps that I’ve taken. I’ve thoroughly enjoyed my sessions with Rajnish and would recommend to anyone.
