Being a white, middle aged Enlglish male - for years I carried various forms of trauma - unkowingly and unwittingly using alcohol as my coping mechanism and a - just get on with it attititude. I found Louise at the top of Google and thought I'd take the plunge and go "all American" to see if therapy might actually work. It was the best decision I ever made. Thanks Louise.. you helped me feel comfortable in my own skin for the first time in a long time. It was one of the best decisions I have ever made.
