Kristin made me feel so comfortable the minute she answered the phone for our consultation. Her extremely positive attitude and eagerness to help transformed my feelings of hopelessness to excitement very quickly. She has a way of chatting to you like a close friend yet keeping it professional at the same time - which I think is extremely important in a therapist as you feel like you can connect at a deeper level. She completely changed my perception on what I was going through, and really helps you get to the root cause, then change the limiting beliefs you have around this - which enables other anxieties to diminish. I feel so much lighter, happier and accepting of myself and this has happened quite quickly! I’m still on my healing journey but I truly look forward to it now rather then feeling horrible and stuck. I cannot recommend Kristin highly enough. She really is a fantastic life coach and I love her integration of spirituality. She is completely non-judgement and very down to earth and as an empowered women myself, I really felt like Kristin ‘got me’. I was very nervous when I first started looking for a therapist/councillor. I’d heard horror stories of people having really awful experiences with judgmental, harsh and quite frankly bad therapists. But as soon as Kristin opened the door and sat me down I instantly felt so safe, protected and hopeful. She was exactly the person I had hoped finding. She is so gentle and helpful in making you understand more of yourself and uncovering things you just couldn’t realise on your own. She asks exactly the right questions and I always leave feeling so much more positive, even if I have cried my eyes put for the entire session. She acknowledges what you’ve been through and reflects it back really wonderfully and as well as that she helps with moving you forward so that you don’t find yourself in that position again. I would pay a million pounds per session and that still wouldn’t be equal to the help she gives! If anyone is considering looking into therapy I would highly recommend Kristin a thousand times over! She is a true gift and I am so grateful for her doing what she is doing!

Kristin is absolutely incredible I started to use her in lockdown to deal with a lot of trauma and limiting beliefs that I had built up over the years, the first call I ever had with her I didn’t know what to expect but I knew I had a lot of pain I wanted to talk about. From the very first second she made me feel content and in a safe space, and really helped me get to the root cause as to why things were happening with me and what they were causing in my life. If you are debating making the call to Kristin, don’t wait a second, just do it! I called needing some help but was very non-committal about it, having tried many different therapists over the years and not really gaining much benefit, I was proceeding with optimistic caution. When challenges come up, Kristin has showed me to welcome them as an exciting learning opportunity, helping me to tune into my body, identify my feelings and needs without numbing them.
