I have used Tim previously and can say that he is one of the finest and most helpful counsellors I've had. I had face to face and video sessions and both were as useful and friendly as the other. Tim takes the time to really listen to your needs and learn about you so he can understand better what you want from the sessions and what your goals are and he is brilliant at reflecting on what you've said and helping you understand better what has been discussed and pinpointing where they may have come from. When the sessions eventually came to an end Tim helped ease the process and ensured a peaceful and safe transition away from the sessions showing the dedication and care he displayed throughout the 18 months (and 100+) sessions that we worked together.
