Bridget gave me a warm, comfortable, and trusting space to work through some difficult and long-standing issues. I came to Bridget during a risky pregnancy while quite physically unwell, and later returned for more work while feeling very low with my new baby. Bridget's level of experience is clear and helped me feel as though my problems were normal and understandable. I have historically found it very difficult to have relationships with women and Bridget embraced this with patience. Our work has helped me move through such challenging times, and has made me feel more confident as a person and as a mother moving forward. I'm so grateful and wouldn't hesitate to recommend her!

I can't thank Bridget enough for the help she has given me.
Throughout my initial sessions Bridget primarily focused on listening to what I had to say. Further down the line we began to tackle my issues and really unravel them into real solutions/new mindsets. Some of them I had no idea were even bothering me.
My outlook on life has never been clearer and I can truly say I'm the happiest I've been in a very very long time. Given the place I was in when I first started attending my sessions, it truly is a 180 degree night and day.
I have no doubts in Bridget's ability to help anyone as they had given me many options to how we could tackle things. As well as being a great listener and not afraid to give an honest outlook.
Many thanks again, would definitely recommend to anyone.

I began seeing Bridget after finding out I was pregnant and losing my mum in the space of a couple of months. Bridget's approachable, open and kind manner made it very easy for me to feel at ease sharing my difficulties and speaking openly about them. I found it hard to talk about things to start with but Bridget's calm and personal way of working made it easy for me to trust her. Her experience in counselling helped me to understand myself better and gave me the self belief I needed to get through a very hard time. Covid came along at a really bad time but even with restrictions in place, Bridget was totally professional and followed all of the guidance in place to keep us safe. I can't recommend Bridget enough, she is a kind and caring professional and as we covered a lot of 'topics', I can honestly say that she has a lots of experience in many different areas of counselling covering bereavement, pregnancy, self confidence, family worries and career difficulties.

I have found Bridget to be an excellent listener and someone I can trust. Even with all the issues with covid making face to face difficult, sessions have been much appreciated and I have felt safe at all times. Thank you for everything you have done for me.

I started seeing Bridget last year following a bereavement. I honestly can’t thank her enough for her help. I had felt truly lost and now with her help I have been able to move on with my life. Thank you so much.
