This man needs an award! We have been following Mitchell and his yoga classes for almost 3 years now. In a non stalkerish way of course! His fun, exciting and grounding way of teaching yoga is addictive and brings so much benefit every encounter. Its easy to feel relaxed in all classes with Mitchell's honest and transparent nature, and every class there is something new you never saw coming. We (my wife and I) have had the pleasure of experiencing some of Mitchell's Reiki and workshops too and I have recently began coaching sessions with him which within 1.5 weeks has shifted my mindset for the better. Looking forward to reaching new physical and mental heights with the help of Mitchell's AO Holistics. Were lucky to have him in the Midlands... Thank you Mitchell. Upen & Jyoti.

I met Mitchell at my local gym in November 2020. I’ve always been interested in yoga and mindfulness techniques, but I’ve never found the right teacher or place I feel connected to, until now.
Mitchell has a wonderful teaching attitude; his calm presence and bright sense of humour creates the perfect atmosphere for delivering yoga classes. In a space where you want to connect to your mind and body, he allows each person to be open about what they need from each class. There is no judgement or comparison between people or sessions, each class is adapted to suit the specific needs of the participants at that time.
As well as creating the right atmosphere, Mitchell is a very knowledgeable instructor - always referring to injury prevention techniques, specific terminology and connections to everyday life. There are so many benefits of yoga I wasn’t previously aware of, that I now carry in my daily life. I study dance at university, so finding Mitchell has been incredibly valuable for me, as I’m getting ready restart my studies in September.
I was lucky enough to attend his Yoga Retreat in June 2021. After a very testing year, it came at just the right time for me. The beautiful location, well structured timetable and likeminded group of people was the perfect combination to make the weekend so special. The classes were a great learning curve for me; having a mixture of both practical and spiritual experiences was a lovely way to gain the most out of the weekend.
I’ll be returning in November for another retreat and I can’t wait to experience the healing energy again.
I have also had a 1 to 1 Reiki session, which took place on the retreat. After a very rocky year, it felt natural to have a moment to myself to reflect and dig a little deeper than I have previously. Mitchell created a very safe space, with options to spend the session in silence or speak through anything that came up. Again, his joyful aura is what makes his sessions so special - you feel you are speaking to someone you’ve known and trusted for years. There is no judgment, simply listening and wisdom. I felt I was seeing things a lot clearer after this experience, and this feeling has continued months on.
Mitchell also offers 1 to 1 coaching sessions. I had a session over the phone and have never felt so full of self-awareness. The session flows very smoothly, building upon each area as you go. I found it incredibly insightful to look further into myself and my past experiences to make sense of my current ones. As mentioned previously, Mitchell creates such a warm atmosphere where you can say anything without fear. He provides advice of how to move forward and build a sustainable relationship with yourself. His advice is both practical and mindful, so something for each and every situation.
I’ve learned so much from Mitchell in the space of a few months and would highly recommend him to anyone✨

It's a lovely, fun atmosphere in Mitchell's classes - he has a great sense of humour and shows genuine interest in each individual who attends, watching each person to adjust or assist as needed and giving clear instructions in a way that is accessible for all levels. He has been been able to keep his classes going by teaching over Zoom in the pandemic which is great - I find Pilates really beneficial for my core strength and posture, and it's working really well for rehabilitating some old injuries. I am gaining a lot from these sessions

Mitchell is a wonderful instructor, with naturally super communication and interpersonal skills and 1st class professionalism. Mitchell is incredibly knowledgeable and presents with ease, making sure he takes the time to really understand and get to know each of his clients, to ensure the service they receive from him is the best available.

I met Mitchell at his yoga class at my gym. I didn’t realise at that time the positive, life enhancing impact he would have on me.
Mitchell not only teaches with his heart, he has coached me, supported me, helped me through past trauma burdens I’ve been carrying (like most people), for a very long time.
Mitchell utilises a variety of techniques. He takes time to explain each one, offers a potential solution and then gives you space to make your own choice.
He has natural intuition and an incredible amount of maturity which seems to guide him to offer the individual in front of him the best possible treatment.
As the saying goes...’When the student is ready, a teacher appears.’
Ordinarily I would consider Mitchell to be a very young man in comparison to others’ in his field. Yet Mitchell has been one of the most profound teachers I have ever known.

I have benefited from numerous yoga sessions with Mitchel. I practiced yoga before he was born yet I have learnt a lot from him. He is an inspiring teacher his classes are varied and he offers variations to fit the needs of individuals. Mitchell is knowledgeable about muscles and joints and explains clearly the benefits of postures. Mitchell also teaches the less physical aspects of yoga, working with intentions and energy centres or chakras
I have also experienced a few sessions if Qi gong with Mitchell, this practice is new to me, I found it interesting. The flowing movements are gently active and allow focus on breath and energy.
I have received reiki healing from Mitchell, he exhibits a lot of empathy and an enquiring mind in his quest to help others.

I’ve been doing yoga and Pilates with Mitch for over 2 years now. He is a great instructor and explains everything very clearly at the same time making it fun. Classes are suitable for beginners and those with experience.
