Rebecca is an exceptional coach. I felt she was fully committed to and invested in helping me achieve my goals right from the start. I’ve not always found online sessions effective, but Rebecca created an environment where I felt completely relaxed and comfortable - it was like being in the same room. I initially went to Rebecca for help connecting with my purpose for my career, but the holistic approach she takes meant multiple areas of my life benefitted. I’m a 35 years young male who works in the construction industry. Rebecca has been an amazing help in my life and has helped me believe in myself again. Rebecca’s holistic and non judgemental approach was exactly what I needed. I have been a keen person on self development and using audio self help books since my mid 20's but nothing seemed to work regardless of all my learning’s. I decided I wanted more learning , so on a web search I found Rebecca’s website, the first thing that drew me to Rebecca’s site was the holistic and non judgemental approach she takes with her clients. It was so great to have someone there when I needed to ask a question or share my findings as I was working through the process; it just gave me that comforting safe feeling when you had someone there to support you. I used to be very hard on myself and held business & life failures of my past as a negative to my life and considered myself a failure to a point where I felt stuck in life. I had given up failing which means no growth or learning’s. I learnt the powerful tool of journaling from Rebecca and now write and learn from my failures so that I can move forward from them in a positive way gaining new insights and seeing them in a different light. I now see my failures as a gift, they remind me that when I fail, I'm trying, learning and growing more. It has been a few months since I finished my coaching with Rebecca and in that time I have nearly finished my third journal. The self discovery process has been just amazing with learning’s from my past that I have shed new light on, and dealing with problems in the present as they happen and not let them build up. I really enjoyed working with Rebecca on the one to one, transform your life, 3 month program. I needed help to work out an important transition and I also needed some 'life management' eduction! The information on Rebecca’s website really stood out to me, I was lucky to find the right person and we got on well. We touched on life coaching as well as life coaching. After getting to know me and my set backs she created a bespoke program. We completed it over about 6 months due to natural cause like holidays, sickness and needing to have EMDR therapy, so I would certainly describe Rebecca as kind, understanding and flexible. She is very good at keeping focus, pin pointing ideas and even take helpful notes during the sessions. During each session, after listening to my frustrations etc, she introduced tools and ideas for me to use to get what I wanted from life. Things like stating my top 10 values, I can’t believe I was going through life without values! Now I know why I like doing some things more than others. Also we did reviewed time management skills, I now have a couple of core tools to use when planning my days and weeks. Its up to me to use them. Being open, relaxed and committed to the program really helped. I am certainly more mindful about my actions and my time, and more forgiving to myself. For me, its an on going process to keep practicing what I learnt and I have to make sure that I don't lose myself to menial tasks or avoid my priorities. Thanks and it was a pleasure!
