As well as attending some of Kirsty's workshops, I've also benefitted from her 121 coaching sessions. When I was just starting out in business, Kirsty worked with me to create good actionable steps to move things forward, all the while being supportive and showing real understanding about my needs and the area I wanted to work in. Kirsty's approach not only helped with my business, but also took my life needs into consideration too. I'd highly recommend her for business or life coaching.

I went along to the Growth workshop and found it to be really valuable. The first thing that we did was a visualisation which really helped me get a better focus on what I wanted to get out of the day, it can be so easy to think you are there for a particular reason then not get out your own way to allow what needs to come through to come through. The structure of the day was really easy to follow and a good mix of discussion, self reflection and writing. Kirsty is a great ball of enthusiasm and positivity and really knows how to bring that out in you. It was fantastic to be in a group of like minded women and I left feeling clear on my goals for the next 4 weeks. I highly recommend working with Kirsty - but only if you want to see results...
