This was one of the best decisions I have made. Lisa is amazing at what she does. I booked for the hypnotherapy gastric band and am already seeing the results of changing my way of thinking and my lifestyle all down to Lisa and I am 5 weeks in to a 6 week course. I was a little sceptical at first but the therapy is just amazing and really worked for me. If anyone is thinking about booking this course I would highly recommend. Well worth the money. I have just finished a 6 week course with Lisa and is one of the best decisions I have made. For the last few years I have struggled with a few different issues but was able to fix them through CBT counselling via someone else which was great, but i wasn't able to shake of my panic when driving on motorways and also entering busy areas and was starting to take over my life as I couldn't enjoy normal things. I was originally a bit skeptical about doing hypnotherapy sessions via zoom but can honestly say it wasn't an issue at all. It was perfect for me as i would finish work and get into my comfy clothes and call Lisa from my favourite chair. Lisa knowledge and understanding of my issues and goals was amazing with no judgement from start to finish. Lisa managed to get me to reach all my goals which included me driving my family on holiday through different parts of England for 2 weeks using major motorways and also visited many family attractions which would have been a no go 8 weeks ago as i couldn't even drive 3 miles on a motorway without cutting off at the next junction. I would recommend anyone thinking about getting in contact with Lisa to do so as she hasn't just helped me get the smile back on my face, I can also see my family benefiting from me getting back to my old self Thanks again Lisa

Being new to hypnotherapy I wasnt sure what to expect. Lisa explained how it worked and answered all my questions comfortably and thourouly being very pleasant throughout. The hynotherapy itself was very relaxing and soothing as well as being tailored to my specific needs. At no time did it feel rushed or forced and Lisa made sure I was fully relaxed and comfortable to get the full benefit of the treatment. Afterwards their was no pressure to get more treatments, leaving it up to me if i felt I needed a top up at a later date, Lisa also sent me some further aids helping me with relaxation techniques which I will definitely use and at no extra cost. I would wholeheartedly recommend Lisa if you are thinking of getting hypnotherapy which covers a wide range of topics and I would have no hesitation using her again. If you do you will feel the benefits afterwards and will not regret it.
