Been in therapy for a couple years now, but only been working with Rachel for a few months. Is one if not the best therapist I've seen. She has been incredibly helpful and compassionate. I can not rate her highly enough.

I truly cannot recommend Rachel enough. I used her services for around 6 months but, when I first started this process we estimated that it would take up to a year. I reached out as I was struggling with anxiety and depression which I believed had a lot to do with past/ongoing trauma. This has been an overwhelmingly positive experience for me and I believe that it is hugely down to Rachel’s capabilities and approach to counselling. This, coupled with the work I’ve put in outside of therapy has allowed me to completely transform my approach to life. This is something I didn’t see possible for myself 6 months ago and I honestly can’t believe it’s only taken 6 months. It is hands down the best decision I’ve ever made for myself so, I’d really urge those who are considering taking this step to reach out.

I reached out to Rachel 8 months ago as I was struggling to cope with my kids (4.5 and 6 months at the time) and thought I had recurring post natal depression ( which I saw a therapist for when my first was born). From the first session Rachel really listened to me and instantly knew it wasnt pnd or pna, in fact it was childhood trauma which I had buried way down and I was likely misdiagnosed first time round. Rachel is an incredible therapist, doesn’t say things for the sake of saying them and genuinely listens and will tell you the hard truths if they need to be told. She held up a mirror to me several times and I will be eternally grateful to her. It’s hard to explain but it’s nice to be in a room with someone who just gets it. Whist my sessions are finished I will always hold a very special place for Rachel in my heart. I am now entirely present and full of joy in my life, something I wasn’t 8 months ago. Having the ability to guide someone through the darkness is a gift that many don’t have but Rachel is incredible, both as a person and a therapist. I honestly wouldn’t hesitate to recommend her or return should my life present other barriers where I need extra support.
