I recently attended a Mindfulness retreat in the beautiful setting of the Hollies which is also Kamila’s home. From the moment I arrived, I was made to feel so welcome and comfortable and Kamila has such a calming presence I just knew I was going to get so much out of the experience. The retreat was life changing for me. As a lifelong busy person with an incredibly busy mind, learning the skill of mindfulness came with ease and connection, and the wonderful environment enabled me to relax and be calm for the first time in months. I felt very connected to the other attendees, who all had different reasons and backgrounds to be there, but being able to practice with the support and care of other like minded people was incredible. Kamila is a very special person, who has the ability to calm and connect whilst displaying such a passion and care for her practice and her pupils. I am excited to continue my journey with her on her up and coming course, and would encourage anybody else who feels the calling to work with Kamila to take the opportunity to do so. I really feel like this experience has changed my perspective on both myself and how I interact with the world around me. Thank you Kamila!

I have completed two Zoom Help yourself to Happiness courses with Kamila recently. Both feeling very safe and secure, each very different and with different people. I had heard about the course through a friend and had previously attended one of Kamila’s weekend retreats as a special treat for myself!. I had come back from the retreat rested and wanting to explore more. The courses enabled me to set aside regular space and time to learn about and practice meditation and the benefits of mindfulness, reflecting about what motivates me, what makes me tick to live my best possible life. I have started setting myself small, realistic achievable goals, writing a journal, looking after myself- putting myself equal to others. I do not feel I have to find solutions for other peoples problems as much as I did. I feel more creative and relaxed. Kamila led the group so well and provided excellent handouts and further information about books to read, YouTube videos to watch . The group was so supportive and respectful of each other, everyone was at different stages of awareness and knowledge. I attended the two courses because I had felt the benefit from the first course and wanted the practices to become new habits, a new way of thinking. I am now excited to learn more about myself, to let go of the things I no longer need , to make space for new possibilities and adventures. It has been such a worthwhile experience. I have attended both a weekend retreat and an online 9 week 'help yourself to happiness' course with Kamila.
Kamila is a beautiful person both inside and out. Her retreat was so enjoyable, set in a beautiful part of the countryside with a group of like minded people 💗
It gave us all the opportunity to share our feelings, practice various methods of meditation and learn from Kamila's many years of expertise.
Her 9 week course was enlightening in many ways. It gave me the chance to delve deep into myself. It has opened my eyes to many new methods of meditation and mindfulness and given me many tools to help me move forward positively in my life.

I first starting working with Kamila back in 2016. I was suffering from anxiety and depression and additionally needed help with structuring my life and self-discipline. Kamila's combination of CBT and mindfulness skills made her the perfect person to assist me. I found her approach truly compassionate and totally non-judgemental. She understood the issues I was facing and helped me work through them. Our mindfulness work especially led to significant reductions in anxiety and a more positive outlook on life, where gratitude and happiness play a more important part.
I have since attended a number of Kamila's courses - the 8 week MSBR course and silent Sunday retreats. Kamila also ran some mindfulness sessions on Zoom for my staff during COVID lockdown. They are enormously enjoyable and effective. Kamila leads us through the courses in a gentle and encouraging way. I have found that taking time out to understand myself more, to understand what is really important in life, whilst meeting new and interesting people in a safe and nurturing environment has helped me develop as a person.
I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Kamila for her conscientious, professional and compassionate approach and am grateful for how she has helped me.

Kamila has an incredible insight into such a variety of topics and brilliant skills to help guide you in reflection and a self journeys. I met Kamila through a recommendation for one of her courses. I completed the 5 weeks to happyness course, I fully recommended thid to everyone! I had no real clue about mindfulness, meditation, or visualisation. I joined with an open mind and it was filled with clarity and quietened from all my inner chat I didn't even know was happening! I was blown away by the content and continued support from the course. I have suffered with depression and anxiety for many years . I hit a wall a few years ago - I was exhausted and couldn’t stop my mind from wandering into those dark and familiar areas of self doubt, self loathing, and panic .
I’d tried medication, CBT and psychotherapy . All of these helped but I was still struggling.
After reading an article by Ruby Wax I thought I’d try Mindful CBT and discovered Kamila .
She’s just marvellous! Calm, patient and non judgmental (there was a lot of interesting stuff in my head) . We had a number of one to one sessions and slowly the depressive thoughts got quieter and easier to manage .
I’m not going to say it’s easy . Mindful practice requires dedication, work and can be quite challenging but it’s a positive tool that you can use by yourself to help yourself. I still meditate. I still struggle sometimes but my depressive episodes are much shorter and less intense . I have learnt that they don’t last forever and stopped believing everything my brain tells me .
My work with Kamila has literally changed my life and for that I am forever grateful. I can’t recommend her highly enough .

(Translated) Hello to everyone who is looking for themselves and looking for answers to certain health ailments. On this path I met Kama, We met in Poland. During the workshops I had the impression that Kama is floating above the ground ;) Why am I writing about it? Because I know that nothing happens without a reason. The positive, loving energy that flows from her heart is calming, soothing and helps to slow down in this "busy" world. Kama "colors" the space in which it appears. It helps to open closed doors and subtly encourages you to work on yourself, to discover love for yourself. In search of answers to bothering questions about my feelings of uncertainty, fear, but also the question about eating habits, I asked Kama if we could use the information field, i.e. the Akashic Chronicles. I was close to these answers, but faith was lacking. Thanks to the session with Kamila, I was able to confirm my assumptions, but also to find another space to work on myself. If I feel the need to work in the field of information, using Akashic Karonika, I will contact you ;)

Witam wszystkich poszukujących siebie i szukających odpowiedzi na pewne dolegliwości zdrowotne. Na tej ścieżce poznałem Kamę, Poznaliśmy się w Polsce. Na warsztatach miałem wrażenie, że Kama unosi się nad ziemią ;) Dlaczego o tym piszę? Bo wiem, że nic nie dzieje sie bez przyczyny. Pozytywna, pełna miłości energia, która wypływa z jej serca jest uspokajająca, kojąca i pomaga zwolnić w tym "zabieganym" świecie. Kama "koloruje" przestrzeń w jakiej się pojawia. Pomaga otworzyć zamknięte drzwi i subtelnie zachęca do podjecia pracy nad sobą, nad odkrywaniem miłości do siebie. W poszukiwaniu odpowiedzi na nurtujące mnie pytania o moich odczuciach niepewności, strachu, ale również pytanie o nawyki żywieniowe zapytałem Kamę, czy możemy skorzystać z pola informacji czyli Kronik Akaszy. Byłem blisko tych odpowiedzi, ale brakowało wiary. Dzieki sesji z Kamilą udało się potwierdzić moje przypuszczenia, ale również odnaleźć kolejną przestrzeń do pracy nad sobą. Jeśli bedę czuł potrzebę pracy w polu informacji, za pomocą Karonik Akaszy, będę się z Tobą kontaktował ;)
